Rael Barrier Cream, 1.8 FZ

LOVE this moisturizer. I had been previously using an expensive name-brand moisturizer and recently switched to this brand just to try it. SO WORTH. It leaves my skin feeling plump, cool, and soft. It glides on and has a nice creamy gel texture that works well for my combination skin. It's not greasy at all and super easy to use. I use it morning and night, and my skin has never felt better.

The brand just continues to impress- First tried the brand because their zit stickers were the most bang for buck. You get like 3-5x what other brands give per pack and they cost significantly less too! So, huge value for zit stickers but would they work? Yes and how. These suckers are gentle on skin yet stick securely and just work super friggin well! Hear me: I went swimming with one on an open puncture wound (not a pimple, but arguably worse because a skewer for s’mores making pierced me) and even with all the fun in the sun and water, the sticker stayed stuck. It ALSO didn’t upset the wound at all. It just kept a tight seal around the wound until I peeled it off intentionally removing the sticker to change it; throughout the day I kept forgetting the hole in my finger because the sticker had it covered! it didn’t sting when I reapplied sunscreen NOR did it bleed when I was drying off etc. When I did take it off, it didn’t hurt to remove at all and it didn’t upset the wound at all either - no bleeding or scab removal, etc. So when I started thinking of getting a barrier repair cream to use after peels/scubs, this product came up and I figured I’d try it. I am glad that I did- it’s light but super moisturizing and you see an immediate restoration of your skins natural barrier (as opposed to some creams that just sit on top as a replacement barrier or something) and a little goes a long way. I use it multiple times a week now and have been receiving unsolicited compliments from friends. I will definitely continue to use this product and recommend it to patients and friends. My only notes are that the packaging could be improved (not a fan of jars for hygiene reasons - personally prefer a pump product as well as minimal plastic where possible) and that if you have an open wound, the barrier repair cream will sting a bit on application so avoid the area until it closes :)

I LOVE the feel of this moisturizer. I just got and it makes my skin feel super hydrated - which is something I struggle with. I also love that it is lightweight and doesn't leave my skin feeling heavy or greasy.

I've used lots of barrier support creams, and let me tell you there is certainly differences between all of them. This one is fairly average and run of the mill, it applies similarly to any other moisturizer for me personally. For a barrier support cream, I generally look for something more luxurious and thicker; this is thinner and reminds me of a thin moisturizer. Which is fine for the price. I do have oily skin, and I didn't notice any difference in that or my acne-prone skin, which is good. It does leave my skin moisturized and fairly supple and soft after using. For the price, I recommend as a basic barrier cream.

Absolutley LOVE this!! I have pretty sensitive skin and this doesn't break me out, doesn't clog my pores. It's super lightweight but still very moisturizing, doesn't make me oily. I only use it at night with my other skincare but I've never had any issues with it at all. Only thing I would change is that it needs to come in larger sizes!!

This is my new go-to moisturizer, and it's cheap enough I can use it for my hands, too. I have oily-to-combo skin, and this cream doesn't make me break out at all. It's very mild, absorbs really well, no real smell. Highly recommend for those who are sensitive to most things or break out easily.

This is the best moisturizer I have ever owned. I use it twice a day every day. It does not irritate my sensitive rosacea skin. In fact, it has helped calm and nourish my face. It is light and easy to apply. It is not sticky or oily, and is easily absorbed into the skin. It last awhile and is a great value for the price when compared with more expensive moisturizers. I highly recommend it.

This is described as a light cream, but I used it overnight and when I woke up my skin was more moisturised than it's been in a long time, and I use other Korean skincare barrier creams for barrier repair. I so truly love this brand, I love the face wash and toner in this range, I love their spot stickers, ATM I just can't get enough of this brand. Out of a myriad of different Korean skincare products I've gotten in the past 6 months this is by far the best, it's Korean/American, American products often work well on my skin, I love this so much it could save my dry ageing skin, I'm 36 and my cheeks are losing fat and getting dry. There is no scent. The texture is very light, which is why it's so shocking to me that it's a better moisturizer than a thick cream. Please make more awesome skincare products Rael Beauty omg.

I have already bought it a 5th time. It is perfect for my oily skin-light texture and helps to renew the barrier after using retinol, vit C and acids.
