Works great. I go hiking and climbing ever week and always like my morning and nightly coffee. Makes a very strong cup too btw haha just how I like it. Make sure you close it properly, see a lot of people complaining of leaks ect I can promise you you didn't close it properly.

Makes good coffee and looks cool. Size is nice. Two issues. The seal that goes around the top filter is of low quality and easily gets misaligned leading to leaks. Also, if the cup filler was 1/4 inch longer, the whole thing would pack much nicer. Would gift to a friend even with the issues.

Love this product, very simple to use for a quick cup of coffee. Great for that hot cup of coffee by the fire to warm yourself right up. Easily pack this percolator in your backpack because of its ideal size and convenient carrying pouch! A must have for the avid camper!!!

works pretty good, my complaint is it only makes about 8-10 oz of coffee, the. take quite awhile to cool down to make another cup.. the cups provided are more like espresso cups..

This percolator is awesome! Coffee brews quickly, tastes great and was perfect for my cross country motorcycle trip because it is compact. Love it !

Great i took it out on a trip first weekend and it worked great. The sound of unscrewing the percolater is murder on the ears but other than that it is great. At first the cups dont fit in the pouch but unscrewing the spout slightly allows both to fit very well in the included pouch

I have been using this at home before taking it outdoors. There is some leakage around where the top screws on to the bottom. Maybe some type of wadger/seal will help . My drive is electric but maybe cooking on some type of fire based method will provide a more even heating. Other than that great coffee! I would recommend this.

I wanted to love this percolator. It just didn't work for me. First off this thing is tiny yet bulky at the same time, if that makes sense. Mainly because of the spout that sticks up. For the amount of coffee this produces it is not worth it. To save weight and space I would just use coffee packets while on the trail. The cups are tiny and will burn your face off (make sure you have a silicone mouth protector on the cup prior to drinking) As for quality the thing is very well made and I would expect it to last a lifetime. Making Coffee is a pain you have to get the optimal amount of water in it to work. fill the basket with coffee grounds close it all up, place it on a flame, put your cup on, and wait. After all this it will produces very little coffee (very tasty coffee) towards the end of the brewing cycle it will start spitting everywhere and makes a mess. After getting about 6 ounces of coffee you have to let it cool then clean it. Overall I really wish I had not made this purchase. it is way overpriced for what you are getting, Produces good but little coffee, pain to clean, and makes a mess. Not for backpacking.

Item arrived in damages very thin box and there is only one cup. Pieces are not wrapped in plastic and there is no warranty card either.
