Can these patches clean a, .177cal. Air rifle?

Not these patches. As Otis clearly states the 3 inch patches are for firearms with a bore of 0.25 inch or greater. Here's what you want to use for smaller calibers from 0.17 to 0.25 inch bore - the Otis 2 inch patch. Yes, this also includes the AR-15 bore in 0.223 or 5.56 mm. These bores are smaller than 0.25 inch. Use the 2 inch patch to clean them. Oh, I need to buy 2 different size patches? Yes, you do. But, they don't cost much and you can use each patch 6 times. Could I use these to clean my 30-30 and 30-.06?

Yes, as long as you have an otis cleaning system. Check otis website on how to use.

The description says "All Caliber Cleaning Patches" - would they work for both 5.56x45 and 9x19 ?

The patches have different slits for different calibers. I use them for 30.06. They work well. To be sure check the Otis website and video.
