This item arrives neatly folded in a small plastic type bag with details on the back and a small instructional leaflet for fitting, inside. The item is well made, the fabric is comfortable and the main strap is easy to fit. All the stitches are neatly done and there is no fraying or puckering. The Velcro fitting areas are well done. The binding lies flat and is comfortable. However, it sadly does not fit my body frame. I am a 5' 3" size 16UK female with a left shoulder that needs support after an injury. This brace is very easy to put on, the long strap is easy to locate behind my back and bring forward to the fitting point. However, to wear it in the most comfortable position for me, with the arm piece further down my arm, means there is insufficient support for my shoulder, the fabric over my shoulder gapes quite considerably. When I adjust it to fit my shoulder perfectly, which the main body of the brace actually does and does well with the arm piece further up my arm, the cross body strap is uncomfortable as it is right under my right armpit and the arm fitting is uncomfortable because is it right under my left armpit. At this position the arm fitting gapes around my bicep despite adjustment. I have tried the brace in a number of positions which are more comfortable and none give the support I need for my shoulder. When my shoulder is well supported, the rest of the brace is uncomfortable or gaping. Sadly I am returning the item; there is nothing wrong with its' manufacture, it is just not suitable for my body frame. There are plenty of reviews where customers are happy with the item and I have no reason to doubt them, it's just not for me.

I’m very disappointed this brace seems to be so bulky and to be fair it does not support my shoulder at all seems too big for me although it was supposed to be for all sizes. I will return it

I tore my rotator cuff, and was having a lot of pain. I ordered this shoulder brace, wore it for one full day and that night I slept without pain. It is a beautiful shade of light gray, great quality, soft material and extremely comfortable. Will wear it during the day to alleviate the pain as it keeps my right shoulder encompassed and protected. I am grateful to Suptrust Shoulder Brace for making such a wonderful shoulder brace. Ordered this to help stabilize a painful shoulder and it does the job nicely. Took me a little bit to find the right adjustment for my shoulder (key being to adjust and find the right fit for the velcro strap that goes around the bicep/arm) but once I did it now fits like a glove. Easy recommend if you are looking some support for your shoulder. PROS Comfortable Support: The material is soft and thick and is quite comfortable wearing over my t-shirts. I tried it against skin and it is comfortable still but can be a little warm. Velcro: The velcro isn't the long scratchy pull kind...it is a very thin attachment and at least initially clings tightly. I'm still surprised at how well it holds given a light pat down...and how easy it is to pull off. Utility: Ice pack holder, LOVE this and adds that little something extra and has organized my primitive methods of icing my shoulder. Customer Service: Had an issue with my initial order that was resolved within the day. Top notch. CONS Nothing specific that stands out or worth noting yet NOTE Have been using this daily for about 3+ weeks now
