First one arrived broken, but the seller replaced it the very next day. This is an extremely delicate product. It is also "NOT" OEM, despite the Samsung logo. So you have to carefully remove the camera housing and then reinstall it using the original camera casing to avoid a microphone error. It looks good once installed, but it's not the real thing. For my Galaxy S20+. I’d only recommend it if you’re extremely careful with your device because it will break easily!

Takes patience. Looks good and sticks so far so good. Note: Take the blue lens film off before putting on the microphone. Its not in instructions. Also, use heat on new back to soften the glue before installation. Then press down after hearing upon after installation. Blow dryer to the rescue. It helps with adhesion. Also, use q tip and denatured alcohol to clean off all the od residue. It will stick in he phones micro cracks so it will need careful cleaning before new backer.

Perfect replacement to the OEM that got damaged.

I'm sure most people that start this replacement of glass for any steps to start who opens the glue first. The glue is a 1 time open twist so obviously you would do all the steps to when you peel the new glass to expose the adhesive to the glass and then open the glue by then how much time have you just worked on this process. Since I took my time and appropriately removed traces of old adhesive it was 2 hours at least I would like to take this to a better result but 2 hours is time I appreciated to take in this new glass. But 2 hours I then have the glass ready to apply I open the glue it's dried and 10 percent of use was still useless I did try to use tge it thinking Rubbermaid tight with heat would settle the b7000 glue it almost did but it didn't I asked for another kit as it's should be a new kit just because if you want to sell right you sell it right. There reply is that they look at reviews saying from multiples there glue was dry and so the are to refund the glue only and is loosing money cus of this and gradually changing there kit to be sent without glue but gradually changing that. GRADUALLY means what? So I think there glass is marvelous and worth it but there service and dishonesty in my opinion just know and be prepared and obviously since they know there selling this defective glue to make sure your sale is 6 dollars less from the start as I'm sure alot don't use or care to say hey your glue was dry but I have my own. There product is 7.00 over priced while knowing this in the start. Ide still buy this if you were not me because I will not do anything with this company ever even with changes. But still is a great glass product for a replacement.

Get a case for it and use real glue(b7000). My daughter cracked it in 2 days. I'm going to buy another one glue it right and put the case on immediately. She tried to put a 1/2" suction cup on the back and when she pulled it off the whole cover shattered. Also make sure the camera cover is lined up properly. Mine came crooked and it messed up the zoom. It's not great but it's cheap
