Is this speaker mid bass or mid range?

It's a Mid Range speaker, but also you can get bass from them as the Frequency Response at -10dB is 60 – 5,000 Hz

Are these speakers as good as the prv audio 10mr1000 - 10" pro audio woofer? i know that this are bigger but are they better than ev 12
