How many boxes do you receive for the 17.99$ I'd be paying?

I got 3 as described. I ordered from other people and never got them. This is the first guy to actually send them

I don't know packages specifically but mine were well in date with plenty of time of consumer

Are these straws individually wrapped? Interested in passing them out for Halloween.

They are not individually wrapped

What country is this made in?

To be honest with you, I never looked. I naturally assumed that it's KELLOGGs so they are made here in the USA. But you asked me to look and I did. Sadly, while they are distributed by KELLOGGs in Kentucky - they are made in Greece. They're still good and as I said in my review of them, I was a child of the 60's and brought up eating Cheerios. These didn't come out until the late 80's, early 90's. I was drinking coffee by then - I never saw these until recently. And I had to try them. They are good. Just not made here in the USA.
