I'm a sold XL in literally almost everything I wear but in this I literally had to get a 4XL just to get it done up. I had to order it three times, return it twice and even then the one that I have isn't great anyways. It's not super uncomfortable but its not comfortable either, the straps have a sharp edge that dig in, also the non-stick material near the crotch is almost painful when it rubs against your skin. I would honestly just go back to my normal shapewear instead of this because even though it holds you in pretty decently, its not worth the hassel.

Personally, I don't think the size recommendation is correct. I followed the size chart exactly, 5'6 200 lbs size 14 usually. and I would say what it gave me was 2X And I felt like at that size it did a little bit of smoothing but that's kind of all it did. So personally I would size down. But as far as shape wear goes I thought it was really comfortable, I was able to wear it for like 12 hours without being uncomfortable at all. I think it's a very well designed product, but the sizing is just off.

Took serious tugging to get on and zipped up, but WOW took inches off waist and tummy.

I bought this and was like “oh wow this is gonna make me look good” well it kind of did but I had to wrestle with myself several times. They should warn you that you’re gonna have a workout with this. I had to fight with myself to get it on. I was using all my muscles to pull it together and then once you get them clipped together and you zip it up you think the worst part is over.. no it’s not… I went to the bathroom thinking oh this will be easy boy was I wrong the crotch clips are not a help and you can’t pull them aside to pee because it so tight down there on your coo coo so your only option to peeing is unclipping it then match two begins you stand up to clip it together you can’t reach the clip every time you bend over it just goes up you back more so your chasing yourself at this point putting your leg up it doesn’t help. What I had to do is reach behind and put that piece in my lady bits and then close my legs tight and then slowly reach down and pull it and hold it as tight as i can then clip it to the other one. I was so out of breath I had to hit my inhaler. I came out of the bathroom drenched in sweat and had to change my hair was wet my makeup came off like it was ridiculous I literally laid on the couch to catch my breath. I have never had to work that hard to go to the bathroom in my entire life. Oh and not to mention you can’t bend over that feeling because it literally makes you stand straight. Also the straps cut into your arms. I was disappointed by this. But got a good story to tell now

I am typically a XXL/20-22 in pants so that is the size I ordered. Now, I will say it came no where near close to fitting over my apron belly. I ordered this for an upcoming wedding I’m attending and I have decided to just forego shapewear and let my body exist as is. I went to return this shapewear and it actually says they’ll refund me without needing to return it! So right now I dont have shapewear, but the next time I decide to order some I’ll be coming back to this listing for the good faith!
