TaylorMade Men's SLDR TP Model Golf Driver

After my husband had expressed interest in this during a golf TV broadcast I researched this driver. I knew the specs he needed as a senior player. I appreciated the input given on amazon by senior players and purchased the driver with the Japanese shaft. One of his golf partners purchased his without it and although my husband is. 10 years older he out drives him significantly. I appreciated the input on amazon and I gave my husband the driver for Christmas. My 16 year old athletic grandson really drives the ball. I am not a golfer and relied on hints my husband gave and what was reviewed. To say he's pleased would be putting it mild. He's 75 and plays in the 80's. He recently had a game under 80 and he was thrilled. I would say buy this but tailor it specifically to your needs as I did.

The product is perfect. I am very happy.mi was a very high hcp, but it has helped me reducing. However, the club is very hard to get used to, it requires practice before using it. I ordered the X stiff because the stiff that I was using was not giving me satisfaction. I will get back to a stiff shaft.

This driver has taken about 20 yards of slice off of my drives and added 10 yards of distance to my shots and the ease of understanding what to do to adjusting the head is nice.. would recommend..

Does what is says it does won the longest drive in the first tournament I played with the club

Great feel....hitting it straight as an arrow! Definitely worth the rather high purchase price. Also considering purchasing the fairway woods.
