Fantastic for ADHD
Life changing. Using as dopamine supplement for unmedicated Adult ADHD (predominately inattentive). All ADHD issues have improved. Week 1: task initiation, mental exhaustion, mood. Week 2: short-term memory, ADHD paralysis. Week 3: morning brain fog, focus. For best results, take 1 in AM & 1 in afternoon and take saffron extract & magnesium glycinate before bed.

Does what it says and worth the cost.
Just started using this product and it does exactly what it says. Calms you down. I haven’t started taking the 2nd capsule yet but plan to after a bit longer getting used to the 1st capsule. Price and quality of the product is good too so gave this 5 stars. Nutricost seems to do a good job keeping its products clean, with no smells or residues.

Strong, take 1 cap not 2
Most people really shouldn't be taking L-Dopa. This is 40%. Serving size 2 capsules. I recommend ONE, and take for maybe 3 or 4 days and then stop for a week. This is strong stuff. If you have a reason for taking L-Dopa, by all means order this, but this isn't some harmless supplement that you take lots of for motivation or something like some influencer claimed.
