Easy to read and faster to respond than the Taylor instant read equivalent.

Good value, works well, breaks somewhat easily if you are strong so not reccomended for heavy duty/industrial applications.

For the price it's a decent thermometer. It could be a bit more sturdy, but I purchased it because it's large & easy to read.

Dont buy
Dont waste your money. freezing is showing at 40 and boiling at 200 . when you calibrate it, it shows boiling at 192.... also tried to return and it's not returnable.

Very Accurate!
Managed to see a famous chef on TV use this Winco thermometer. Checking it with a digital thermometer we have, they both agree on readings +/- 1°.
