Are the Japanese dim cards compatible with the new English digimon vital bracelets?

From what I’ve seen so far by the time this is posted. Yes.

What's the difference between "black roar" and "mad black roar?" aside from (blue) metalgreymon being on the card, and the red agumon on the dim.

True Black Roar and True Shadow Howl have more evolution options than the og BR Sh!

I bought the english version of the bracelet. would this work on that? will it turn the text japanese?

The bracelet itself will have Japanese text but you can download the vital bracelet lab app (van lab for short) off of the App Store and it will show all of the text in English.

Does anyone know if these dim cards work with the vital bracelet digivice v? not the original digital monster bracelet.

It does with all Digimon Vital Bracelets including the Digivice V. The only ones that do not are the vital bracelets from different IPs like Ultraman and Kamen Rider VB.
