Alright, first of all, I tried every combination available for this product. I really loved the idea of adding it to my morning iced coffee with MCT, 1 tbs of heavy cream and stevia. To be honest, my morning coffee is one of my favorite things throughout my day and I was very dissppointed when it didn’t taste *exactly* like an iced mocha. I found it to be very bitter and tough to finish. Not to mention it was ruining my love for my morning coffee time. Upon reading reviews, I took the plunge— just water. After experiencing the bitterness in the coffee I was truly just humoring myself by adding a scoop to just plain water (~10-12oz room temp water, add scoop, stir until smooth, add ice)... IT WAS PERFECT. The bitterness was gone and it even reminded me of chocolate milk. Moral of the story, if you’re going to purchase this product, do yourself a favor and don’t try and make it fancier than it needs to be. 10-12 oz water + 1 scoop of Perfect Keto = perfection. I feel like I should also mention that the GI discomfort is real, people. I would recommend starting this product on a weekend or a day where you’re able to just take it easy. After my first dose, which was only 1/2 scoop, I literally just felt like lying in bed all day due to feelings of nauseousness; however, by the next day I was fine and even bumped my dose to a full scoop. It’s been just about 2 weeks since I started supplementing with Perfect Keto and I am down 6 more pounds and feeling leaner than ever. If you’re trying to decide whether or not to buy this product... do it!

A possible 2 raise is ok I guess, but a 40 point spike in blood sugar is not great. It burned my mouth but had a decent flavor. I was disappointed and I cant return it. But maybe someone looking for energy, not a diabetic, might love this. Allegedly if you use it 4-5 days in a row the amount of ketones it helps your liver make will improve and again if you're in a healthy metabolism this tastes pretty good. But the spike in sugar so long lasting means there's hidden sugars of some kind or something else is going on...

I read so many reviews so I wasn't expecting work free magic... BTW excuse my Android errors.. I got this bc in the past I lost 160 lbs in 1 year in ketosis, picked up about 30 lbs yrs later... It was hard to restart due to an extremely high appetite & fear of the ketogenic flu. This product was way cheaper. Tasted it expecting to throw up due to some reviews & it was fine! But may be it's because I'm used to strange tasting supplements, & shakes. It is just sweet. But I did put the powder in my mouth & swished it with a premier protein banana shake... I also tried adding it to the shake... Both were delish but gotta add extra water to unsweeten. My main problem with ketosis is that I always have 2 weeks of high metab where I can lose 1lb daily followed by a 2 week stall/plateau due to mother nature... I always get kicked out of ketosis then even if I did 0 carbs! I got this BHB to keep me in keto during PMS, & to keep me from hungering, cheating, starving, & depressing about it. I only took 1/4th a tsp bc I had the keto flu since I'vebeen in keto a few days, didn't want the toilet drama I heard about, & since I'm sodium sensitive & easily retain water I have to spread my salt through out the day. In 20 min I felt the mental fog, sleepiness, & tiredness lift, my body ached less, & my ever tan/peach ketone strip was 4 sure pink! I'll be spreading this product through out the day bc I want my body to burn my own fat for ketones, but atleast I helped it set up the process. Other reasons why I chose this exact product: I want to use it when I fast. The whole scoop is only 15 cal. Less than 700mg of Sodium, & NO CARBS. It fits my particular way of ketoing... Because I'm a medical professional I prefer not to eat during my 13 hr shift, so I do intermittent fasting to keep energized & focused. Also in my opinion this product can easily last a month... the scoop is pretty big. I'mcertain I can manage 1/2 a scoop & spread it through out the day. I will update if it impacted my weightloss, but just knowing that I'll be ok PMSing, & skip the flu is great enough of a gift 4 me. That in of itself should help me lose more lbs.

This tastes really good, but I’m not convinced it’s worth the price, which is why I docked a star. Another reason is that they increased the size of the included scoop from 28cc to 32cc, which is about 15% larger. That feels a bit misleading. Most people understandably follow the directions on the container. If you do that with this product, though, the drink ends up far too strong. It also becomes noticeably bitter if you use too much. Even a full 28cc scoop is too much for a 12 oz cup, yet the directions recommend one full scoop for just 8–10 oz of water. That seems excessive, especially considering the container itself is only 9 oz. What I’ve found works best is adding one pump of sugar-free vanilla syrup and about 20cc of the powder to a 12 oz mug. It tastes great that way and keeps the flavor balanced. Using less powder also stretches the product further, since you’d likely be using slightly less than a full scoop anyway. If the price works for you, I’d still recommend trying it, but using it this way will help extend the life of the container.

For the cost I expected a bigger can (my fault for not reading the size and number of servings). This is very tasty in my coffee and definitely seems to give me a boost for a fasting day. However... Be warned - so far every time I've used it, it acts as a pretty strong laxative that would have you in diaper (pun intended) straights if you weren't close enough to a bathroom. The first time was the worst but it seems to affect me less each time I use it. I will continue to use it because the stuff costs so much I'm certainly not going to let it go to waste! Cost per serving is pretty high - quality and taste is also pretty high. Just ease yourself into it with a 1/4 or 1/2 scoop for the first few times you try it or you might be sorry.

I read all the reviews on this before buying and a lot of people were saying this is not good made with cream the way it's recommended and it's best made with just water... however, for me making it with cream, is so much better... but it's still way too sweet. The chocolate taste is not that great but since I bought the salted caramel one too, I mixed the two together and it's now actually reasonably palatable... so my advice is if you want to buy this, buy the caramel one too and mix them and make it with half cream half water, as they do actually work.
