My daughter convinced me to get this a few weeks before she was scheduled to have her wisdom teeth out. I admit I thought it would be a waste of money as we already had the rectangle style ice packs and thought they would work. I was wrong and this was amazing! The Velcro is soft enough that it didn’t get tangled up in her hair but strong enough to fit perfectly for her to have the ice on. It really helped the ice packs stay exactly where they needed to be. Having 2 sets of the ice packs come with it was great so that one set of the ice packs could remain in the freezer to stay cold in between when she had the ice on. Worth every penny!

I love that you can use it as both an ice/heat pack. It comes with four removable gel filled pouches and a bag to place them in for when you put them in the freezer. The band itself is great and uses a velcro strap. It's perfect for healing after wisdom teeth surgery—ice, then heat It also lasts a pretty decent amount of time since you don't need to have it on 24/7. You can use the ice packs for about 25-30 minutes, take a break for another 25-30 and place the other 2 if the previous ones defrosted. It really depends on how long you let them freeze for. (Though for me, I had to place some napkins in between my face and the wrap because it would get too cold when I left them in the freezer for too long.)

I have never loved a product more!!! This truly saved me during my healing and recovery from my wisdom teeth removal. I got all four teeth removed at once and if it wasn’t for the relief this gave me, I don’t know if I would’ve managed. This was sooooo helpful after wisdom tooth extractions! the fitting was great, helps with the pain relief and discomfort. it comes with 4 ice packs but somehow i lost one😔 still recommneded since easy to use during healing process. easy to take on the go if needed too.
