Wow, what an incredible device
Finally , years of trying to use inferior interfaces, fighting midi delay to the point that I gave up long ago on trying to record midi key playing at all, and now I finally found an interface that practically feels instantly responsive , the midi out and in works amazing , the audio quality is incredible and most importantly it’s got extremely compatable software that works great on my dell windows laptop , it works perfectly as the audio driver for 3 different DAWs I’ve tried it with , the audio quality of recordings is fantastic —I’ve always held Arturia in high regards, they make great products , this is no exception , trust me , you can’t go wrong with this if you’re looking for an audio interface , especially for the price ! I use it for all the audio processing on my computer now , even when I’m just playing games . I love the input management software , it’s simple and it just works . I’d rate it 10 stars if I could , I know that sounds like over-praise, but I’ve just had such bad luck with interfaces these past few years. I’m glad I finally made the purchase .

Excellent Entry-Level Product
The package arrived in a good condition, and the unboxing was super easy. The product itself behaves very well - Immediately recognized by both Windows and Mac (although ASIO drivers are recommended to be installed on Windows). The difference in sound quality is immediately noticeable for the better, compared to having no audio interface before that. One thing to mention for future buyers is the input gain level - I found out that without some digital processing, at least on Windows, my Microphone (a dynamic-range Elgato Wave DX) is too quiet. That was a bit unexpected because I verified their compatibility prior buying - So either I'm doing something wrong, or the gain is really low on this one for dynamic-range mics. Either way I solved it easily using Voicemeeter Banana for streaming purposes, and any DAW would be able to crunch through the gain without any issues. I wouldn't expect more from an entry-level product anyway, so I'm pretty happy with what I got. I was hesitant to buy from Amazon at first, given that I live outside the states, but it was so much cheaper, arrived within a week (damn!), and I'm extremely happy with the result!

Good price, well made, easy setup, sounds good.
Great audio interface for Windows. Easy setup, sounds as good as focusrite Scarlett solo to me, for less money. I also like the addition of the USB hub. Feels well made, does what it is supposed to, I'm happy with it.

Great audio interface for small setups and travel!
I'm a musician who works with the Digital Audio Workstations Cubase. I have simplified my life to using only a laptop as my main computer but the one drawback is the built-in soundcard -- it has too much latency when working with a DAW creating music. Playing in one track is tolerable but then trying to play another track while listening to the previously recorded tracks is impossible because of the latency. Which is where this external audio interface is important. It's a USB-C connection and is powered by the USB-C port so there's no power adapter required so I can travel with it and my laptop and small MIDI keyboard to work on music projects outside my main office. I already have a MOTU-M4 but wanted a smaller audio interface for travel. This Arturia MiniFuse1 fills the bill very nicely. With this the latency is so small as to be virtually unnoticeable so layering tracks is easy. The size makes this easy to fit into my computer's briefcase for easy travel. I use a USB-C cable with a right-angle connector and much shorter in length than what comes in the box to keep my workspace less cluttered and better organized but the cable which ships in the box is perfectly fine. It has very few bells and whistles but it has a mic-combo input and a 1/4" input with level adjustment for both, it has "direct monitoring" which means that the audio you are playing into the MiniFuse1 goes directly out to your headphones as well as into the computer so you don't run into the possibility of latency. But this is a very efficient interface so even without using the direct monitoring, if you've set the audio buffer small enough in your audio software the latency is so small that it doesn't interfere. And the price is incredible for what this device offers -- it's an exceptional value for the money and the recording quality is excellent. This is a very "transparent" audio interface, which means that it does not change the sound quality as the sound passes through on its way to your computer. Once caveat about the installation -- follow the instructions which come in the box BUT there's one step that they don't mention -- after if appears as if the installation has gone perfectly, reboot your computer or else this interface won't show up in different software as a possible device.

Sounds great for decent price, but need’s firmware update
I got this to use with my iPad Air 2022 (with a usb-c port). I wanted something that would work for all my different instruments (keyboard, guitar, bass, e-drums, and vocals). So despite not being listed anywhere, it does work with iPad with a caveat. You need a PC or Mac to update the firmware, which is very important as I will explain. The xlr and 1/4” inputs work great and sounds good. I didn’t notice any noise. I powered a large diaphragm condenser mic with the phantom power. The knobs are green when you’ve got good levels coming through and switch to red if you’re overloading it so you can easily tell if you need to turn it down. The extra usb slot can connect usb midi, and other things I believe but that is all I tried. But here’s the reason for the 4-star review. The 5-pin midi ports did not work at first. I bought a new midi cable thinking my old one was toast. Neither worked. My e-drums worked via usb midi but not the 5-pin midi. Finally I read about a firmware update so I connected to my pc and did the firmware update with the mini fuse control center. 5-pin midi ports on the back worked fine after that. So, would have been a 5-star review if it didn’t come partially non-working out of the box requiring a firmware update.

Received as expected. Product is great, and all components seem to be working as expected. Product was recognised when I registered it on Arturia's site. Feels solidly built and quite usable. Management software is also quite intuitive to use. The software package that is included with it is AMAZING (the reason why I waited for this product): - - Ableton Live Lite [DAW] - Analog Lab Intro [Synths] - Guitar Rig 6 LE [Guitar Effects] - Some useful plugins for vocal processing and effects) - Splice subscription (3 months) [Clips] - Auto-Tune Unlimited subscription (3 months)

Works like minifuse 2 with just one input. Great for portability.

Love the white look. It is very user friendly. Plug and play. Easy to connect and disconnect XLR cables. Sound is great with most of my microphones using phantom power. Perfect amount of I/O for my needs if not more than enough. I love that it has additional USB inputs. I use the MIDI Out for my keyboard and get no noticeable latency at higher settings. It helps that I finally have a PC with good specs but this device does not seem to be a resource hog and stays out of the way, letting my software and other peripherals shine. The Arturia Minifuse 4 has never let me down. I've owned it for almost a year now. And the Minifuse 1 for several years before that. Good equipment for recording. Underrated and highly recommended.
