Simple, well made, effective exercise tool!
It's a simple device but I have to commend the fit and finish. The sleeve feels substantial and the adjustment screw works well. The hinge is sturdy and has a good feel. The peg is solid.I'm glad I went with this style landmine vs. the kind that bolts to a rack or the floor. It slips into 2-3 plates stacked up, and the smooth paint (powder coat?) allows it to pivot easily.

Great piece of equipment
I have never owned one of these land mine joints before but it’s awesome! There are so many workouts you can add to your home routine! This attachment is really made well, very sturdy, Fitts normal plate size, and the tightening mechanism works great!

Decent landmine press
Feels solid, olympic bar goes in easily through the slightly larger diameter opening, tightening knob closes the slack and secures the bar easily( no shaking) paint has not chipped on the base using olympic bumper 45 pound plate with the metal ring to anchor it( the base post for this is not much longer than that, was using a different one that had a much longer post, was surprised how short this was, but hasn’t been an issue so far with just the 45 as the base. Was decent price, one thing, not a negative, but I ordered the black version, picture on the product page showed just the olympic spot, the one they sent has the olympic and standard slot like the orange one they pictured, doesn’t affect its quality, so I kept it, but would like to have received the one I ordered as I don’t have any standard bars, not a complaint just a preference for detail. Worth it to not have to wedge the bar between plates or in the corner anymore.

Can be used for bumper plates.
Fits bumper plates, seems to work good so far.

Don't hesitate to pick this up for your garage gym
I've been shopping for a landmine attachment for some time. And until I found this one they were either out of stock or at a price range I wasn't willing to pay. I was just getting ready to do a Home Depot DIY version and decided to hold off, and I'm glad I did. The next day I found this landmine attachment. The device is solid. I was pleasantly surprised to find the post used to insert into the support plates on the ground is a solid piece of iron, not a hollow tube. I put it into a 55 lbs bumper plate and it stays in there without issue. The barbell slides into the tube and holds just fine. I don't use the tightening bolt and haven't found a need for it. Movement of the barbell in the various exercises is smooth and feels secure.Overall, it's a great product. No need to spend more on this than you need to.PS -- It also fits securely in the post holes on my Rage push sled, so I can take it out to the parking lot and use it without having to bring out extra plates for mounting.

Heavy and durable. Fits a bit loose in olympic plates as a base.
Really impressed by this landmine for the price. It's actually fairly heavy and durable for the price. That said, it's heavy enough that you likely won't be taking it to your local YMCA/Gym. The insert holds the barbell easily and needs to be tightened a bit for a snug fit. (Maybe 1/4" or so?). I currently use a 35 and 45 lb plate to hold the base and it feels solid. Rotation is smooth and there is nothing sticking or gripping during the movements. My only criticism is the plate insert / base is just a little bit looser than I'd like (It wobbles a bit inside the 35/45 plates), but it's only noticeable during set-up and not during the exercises.Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to do landmine exercises for a home gym. It is easily one of my favorite accessories for working out.

Quality for a home gym!
My husband purchased this for his home gym. He has been building a quality gym and if you know anything about that, it takes time to purchase what you need when you want quality. We ordered this and it came quickly. The box was compact. I appreciate that as I don’t like a ton of trash and clutter in my home. My husband was able to take it right out of the box and start using it.He is definitely a happy camper with this purchase.

It's pretty rugged and gets the job done
I purchased this along with a band new Ohio barbell i like it for the most part.Pro'sIt's super rugged and solid. It should last through any sort of abuse you put it throughThe pole part is about the depth of one 45lb bumper plate. I was able to use it with one plate against a wall.So many work out options for a lot less than some higher end companiesYou don't need the screw to lock in the barbelConsInitially, I was concerned with the damage this would cause to the barbel. I read in the comments Thst it had a plastic liner on the inside to protect the barbell sleeve. This is what got me to pull the trigger. Well... there is NO plastic liner inside the landmine. Just some powder coating which is better than nothing but just expect this to tear off that beautiful black zinc right off the barbell. Not a big deal seems in how the weights would do the same thing, but be aware!

Great value.
This actually works. My gym doesn’t have a landmine press so I bring this in my bag.

Do not buy. Product came used and abused. marketed as such, but in this case it wasn't.
I wouldn't have minded if it was marketed as such but it wasn't. Save your money and get it elsewhere.
