The cards come as full sheets that can go through the printer. Avery has templates that allow you to place the names correctly. I use another desktop publisher for this, but that is just me.

The description says "rigid plastic" but the image shows "soft plastic." Which is correct?

Rigid enough to hold their shape but soft and flexible enough for you to slip your name taps into them. they work very well.
