Best Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) Sleeping Brace available
I've tried well over a dozen CTS braces over the past 30 years and this one is simply the best for sleeping, period. Not meant for daytime or working use, but unbeatable for sleep.

Highly recommend!
I was so excited to get these braces because I was suffering from carpal tunnel pain while I slept, which stayed with me throughout the next day. Day after day pain. What makes these stand out is the padding of beads that are positioned to rest in the palm of the hand. It keeps the hand in a position that is comfortable. The fabric is soft and no part of my hands ache from pressure points or from anything the next morning. I have been very happy with these. I highly recommend! Thank you !

Sleeping all night with no pain
These wrist guards are the best. It helps so much with my carpal tunnel. I was waking up with horrible pain and now I can sleep all night.

No more waking up because my hand is all numb and tingly!
The brace is bulky so I only use it at night to sleep. It is soft and comfortable. It doesn't get as dirty as easily as my other braces do which is good since it has to be hand washed (I have a white cat who sleeps with me sometimes). I have even woken up a couple of mornings with my head resting on my hand but absolutely no pain. For me it exceeded my expectations and was well worth the money.

Not for an adult hand
I bought this splint many years ago and I was looking to replace it with a newer version as the velcro on the old one does not quite stick any more. This new version does not fit the same way. It is too narrow over the width of the hand which causes the fingers to get squished and blocks circulation. I specifically ordered the Adult size. The splint itself would be good if it were not for this issue. What I got is more suitable for the hand of a child.

Not the cheapest, but it works on either wrist. Very good fit, very comfortable & the gel palm pad provides real support to ensure your wrist & hand remains straight & relaxed.
