light grape taste, not noticeably sour
Tried many flavors and this one is my personal fav because I can double scoop it into my water bottle, and it’s not overly sweet. Very light grape taste and not noticeably sour. I’ve take this product daily for years and believe It’s very effective and have made good gains from it.

Tastes NASTY!
"Sour Grape" does not even come close to what it tastes like! It's more like "Wet Dog Smell" flavor......GROSS & YUKE!!!!

Been using this product for four years. The last two orders have had no scoop and the taste is way off. Hopefully they make this right since you can’t return these. Something has gone wrong with their quality

Great alternative to whey
The flavor really isn't bad. Its a little different than a standard whey at first, but if you're like me and don't process whey, this is a great alternative. Really useful for cutting too due to the lack of calories.

Easy way to get organic proteins for whatever your goals are
If you have never tried this then I urge you to do so. The taste is irrelevant and not that great of the grape but the kiwi is awesome. Easy way to get some organic protein mixed in with pre-workouts. also great way to chug a serving before lunch and dinner to get easy protein points.

How convenient. Pre-opened food.
I thought at first the broken plastic seal could have been the result of delivery… but that wouldn’t explain why the second seal was broken and why the entire interior of the package had a light coating of grape scented powder. To my chagrin this item is does not qualify for returns… Why was this opened in the first place then? At least rather than going out of my way to return something that’s already not guaranteed to be safe for consumption. I’m going to need to waste my time for a chance at recompense.

Does not taste good :(
I have been a long time user of Humapro and have tried most flavours except Sour Grape, until now, and am really disappointed as the taste is pretty unpalatable. All the other flavours have been great but this one is pretty hard to swallow. Disappointed and won't buy again, but love the other flavours. Gutted to find no one in Australia stocks it any more.
