Yes. the fleece velcro's around the straps. Would fit any size. I love them. very convenient.

No. It's not leather. That would defeat the purpose of using it. It's fleece, a soft fuzzy cloth with a velcro closure you put on Over the leather nose band of the halter. My horses seem to like them.

Is the purple true purple? Looks more of a pink

I have honestly never ordered the purple color however I do know that the colors are very rich I have ordered blue and red and they are very blue and very red in color, almost like a royal color. Hope this helps they are very soft and beautiful.
