CHEAP!!
This product is going to fall apart. It’s so flimsy and small! I can’t extend my feet properly because it’s so small so I can’t even get a good run in. This is not what i expected at all. I’m so disappointed. I am returning it. It’s completely useless and it’s dangerous.

Go at your own pace
I've used motorized treadmills on and off for over a decade. So far I'm very happy with this manual tread mill. It folds up and doesn't take up space like my old bulky one. It's a lot quieter too. Pehaps my favorite aspect of the manual treadmill is that I power the machine myself. I can adjust how hard of a workout I want by adjusting my pace. It's built well and was very easy to assemble. I'm 5'5" and not very heavy so someone larger may want a bigger machine.
