Smart Button Smart Lighting Accessory. Wireless Control of Home Lights, Livingroom, Bedroom.

Our standard light switches are right behind the door which is very awkward, so I got this to make life easier, and it works and looks great. The panel has stuck to the wall just fine, and the magnetic button is secure but also easy to remove if required. It was very easy to pair, and I was able to do this via the phone app. It's a little clunky to control - it's got the obvious on/off on press, but also pressing more frequently will cycle through the different lighting modes. There's not much more they could have done with a single button so I'm not faulting them for this, I just quite commonly end up standing there for 10 seconds switching the lights on and off to get the correct brightness. I got one when it was reduced to £10 and I definitely regret not buying another. It feels well built and has quite a sturdy rubbery feel. If the price drops again I'll likely go for it, but it's the last gen model so I definitely don't want to paying a premium for it. It also comes with smaller sticky backing plate if you wanted to put it anywhere other than a wall, such as a hidden button under your table.

Easy to connect and control lights. A little expensive as other Hue products, but the high quality button provides more convenience. Multiple buttons in different locations can control the same lights. Can be used with the included wall mounted plate or more discreetly without as it comes with a small magnetic disc.

Nifty little smart button to turn my Hue lights on/off in the living room, that's easy to set up and connect to your existing Hue ecosystem. I have the 1600lm coloured dimmable lights. Programmed it to change scenes on multiple clicks, 1 click = on/off, all subsequent clicks = cycle through the next scene (scenes have different colours and brightness), hold = dim/make brighter. It's handy for when I'm entering a room and want to quickly make it bright. The frame holder is a bit big and not something I'd want to install. The button itself is magnetic so you can attach it to the existing light plates (assuming there's something metallic to stick to). I've owned another button that I use in the bedroom and the battery seemed to have lasted for 3-4 years, but they're quite easy and cheap to replace. I'd recommend if you cannot install something to a wall directly as the button itself is portable and you can take it if you move. It's not the cheapest item but if you already have the Hue ecosystem (bridge and bulbs) then it's still worth having these physical buttons for convenience. They're expensive and hence why I haven't given it 5, and if I could, I'd install proper switches over these, and go with the remote instead (for physical), and use Siri from the smart home perspective.

I am really pleased with the dial functionality. It allows control of single lights, multiple scenes or entire rooms. You can vary functionality by time of day and even control non hue devices via a bridge integration to HomeKit to control any matter device. This allows you to control hue and non hue devices on one click. The only current limitation is the inability to use the dial on HomeKit as matter doesn’t yet support this feature.

The Philips Smart Button is a game-changer for controlling my smart lights. Setup was straightforward, and it pairs perfectly with the Philips Hue system. I love how I can customize it to control multiple lights or scenes with just a click, double-click, or long press. It’s small, stylish, and feels solid in hand. Plus, the battery life is impressive—I’ve been using it daily for months without needing a replacement. If you want quick and easy control without pulling out your phone, this smart button is a must-have accessory for any Hue user!

Love this little button. It’s surprisingly handy to be able to turn my hue lights on and off without having to use my phone. It has a nice soft touch press, can also do dimming if you press and hold and is a good size. Comes with a conventional faceplate to replicate the look of a standard light switch but I prefer to use it without. There is a small disc base that can be stuck anywhere and button attaches on top of it magnetically so even after fixing in it’s main location you can take it off at any point and have it with you for easy access. I have the auto sensor as well which works great but this is my favourite hue accessory, so clever and cute!

I love this little smart button. It is very easy to set up with your Hue lamps and very tactile with a nice 'click' on and off. You can mount the plate anywhere to hold it or just leave the little button on the coffee table as we do and press to turn the lights on and off.

Now have my entire ground floor with hue colour bulbs. While expensive I believe worth every penny! I do recommend getting the bridge. Prior to that I hooked them to Alexa but Alexa kept forgetting them. Now I have the bridge they work flawlessly! Lovely to have all the different colour scenes and have lights flash to music or tv. Will be doing the entire house eventually!!

Este interruptor es muy práctico y versátil, sobretodo a la hora de instalar. El marco viene con dos tiras de pegamento 3M que cuando lo enganchas recomiendo que no lo aprietes bien, colocalo para ver como queda y si ves que lo tienes vien nivelado y donde quieras alli lo fijas bien unos 20-30 seg. A parte el botón lo puedes sacar fuera del marco para usarlo donde quieras y te incluye otro adhesivo circular donde puedes pegarlo para colocar el botón en otro lado, yo por ejemplo lo tengo pegado al cabecero del dormitório y queda muy bien.

Le Philips Hue Smart Button est un accessoire simple mais vraiment génial pour compléter une installation Hue. La configuration se fait en quelques secondes et le bouton fonctionne immédiatement, sans aucun souci. J’adore sa polyvalence : un appui court pour allumer/éteindre, un appui long pour ajuster l’intensité… tout est intuitif et réactif. La nouvelle génération est encore plus fiable et élégante. Le support inclus permet de l’installer où l’on veut, ou simplement de l’utiliser comme bouton mobile. Il apporte un vrai confort au quotidien, surtout dans les pièces à vivre ou les chambres où l’on n’a pas toujours envie d’utiliser l’application ou la voix. Un excellent accessoire, discret mais très efficace. Je recommande sans hésitation !
