This book contains good information, but the editing is not perfect. It's one of the most boring fashion design books you'll find. Covers the basics but not much more.

Very Helpful Guide, Heavily Recommend
I use this book all the time when making patterns I’ve never made before!! I also find it very helpful for making patterns of any size because of the detailed guide on creating your own size slopers!

Super helpful!
This book is perfect for beginners or intermediate level pattern makers. It has a ton of different patterns with detailed instructions on how to make them and really helpful illustrations. I usually never buy the recommended textbooks and if I do I feel like I didn’t use them enough to justify the price, but I use this almost every day and it is definitely worth it.
