Useful and good quality and design

We really wanted to like this product, but unfortunately were very unlucky with it. The first one we bought did not work at all since it wouldn't turn on. We returned that one and purchased a new one. The second one seemed fine until it started making a very loud vibrating sound. We realised this sound was not normal because when it was in "oscillating" mode, that vibrating sound would not occur until the fan reached the sides (then it would make the sound every time). The power of the blow was great even at the lowest speed, but the vibrating sound made it impossible to use at night, which is what it was intended for. It's a shame that I cannot add a video in this review, because then you would be able to judge by yourself how annoying the sound was.

Seemed to be a good product- quiet and good cooling ability for room. However, has stopped working to oscillate after only 1.5 years, which was the #1 feature. Disappointing!

The fan is great. Quiet and efficient with multiple options and rotating fan. Problem is 1 year and 3 months later my fan completely died. There is no power on the fan and unfortunately the warranty has finished. Pity because it's a great product. Trying to get some repair advice. Will see how good customer service is and report back. Report back: from Probreeze is that if it's out of warranty you will have to fix it yourself if it stops working, as they do not help you after that.

Nice air low not too much

Before I tell you why this tower is good, I'll address two points: it's noise level and how powerful it is. POWER: If you want a really powerful fan, get a rotary blade fan or a blower. This tower is powerful enough but it won't create a tornado in your room. NOISE: I could sleep very easily with it running at the lowest setting, the mild cool breeze also helped, but it is not noisy at all. Rotor bladed fans are noisier, some of them doing like Wellington bombers (do you remember these?) on take-off. So this one is definitely not noisy. I haven;t used the sleep mode, as the lowest setting was enough for me. Other than that the design rocks, I really liked how easy it was to assemble (3 pieces and 4 butterfly nuts - very thoughtful for when you need to dismantle and store it for the looooooong British winter). Very easy and intuitive to operate. The display is very clear and can be switched off if it bothers you. It has a timer mode (the steps are in hours: 1-12), a sleep mode for whatever reason and a good remote control. In general a good overall product. I am using it for a month now and it performs superbly.

E' un prodotto che non ha tradito le aspettative , pratico e silenzioso. Sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa vedendo che la base è fissata con le viti e che, al momento del non utilizzo possa essere smontato e riposto occupando uno spazio esiguo; infatti ho un altro ventilatore simile, ma più piccolo, la cui base non si smonta ed è un problema il suo ingombro.

Buenas a tod@s me gustaría compartir con vosotros mi opinión sobre este ventilador, dicho esto comenzaremos con los 🎉PROS🎉 👍 Buenos acabados. 👍 Fácil montaje (2 palometas y listo) 👍 Ocupa poco espacio, permitiendo colocarlo en cualquier rincón para no tenerlo por medio. 👍 Fácil de manejar, permitiendo distintas potencia de aire, temporizador... 👍 Silencioso Para terminar deciros que gracias a su gran altura es idóneo para usar en dormitorios y demas, ya que la cortina de aire pasa perfectamente por encima de la cama lo cual hace que refresque perfectamente. De momento 2 meses casi de uso y ninguna pega, por lo que mi conclusión es que es una compra muy recomendable y bien merece las ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Espero que mi opinión les sirva si están pensando en comprar ventilador.
