I read somewhere if you struggle with candida or bacterial infections in your stomach that this is a good probiotic strain to take. Also l.reuteri is known to produce B12 in the gut which is great if you’ve ever taken antibiotics and wiped out your good vitamin producing gut bacteria. My stomach felt great after taking these and I give them to my kids too. Doesn’t taste like much so it’s easy to add into applesauce or juice.

First off, let me just say that this product is great. After taste is good, helps make your mouth or oral cavity feel fresh and clean. The reason I gave 4 stars is because the product is so tiny for its price. But I do understand that the quality is great. It’s a bit tricky to get the contents out though. But I would recommend to others who want to help their oral mucosa.

Tastes good and really works! After a few months on it, I no longer have to battle dark (“black line”, my dental hygienist calls it) staining between my teeth.

I found it extremely hard to dispense drops even following their instructions carefully. Biggest let down is the 25 servings or 5drop/serv x 25 servings = 125 drops came up very short of amount stated. Used to make a pseudo yogurt to boost the bacterial counts, used about 6 servings per 32 oz batch.of yogurt.Helped oral gum health for sure, but not sure if I would purchase again due to shortage in product amount.

Ok, so the other biogaia chewable probiotics tell you to swish. I do oil pulling, which is swishing either EVOO or coconut oil (which is antibacterial) as long as you can (At least 5-15 minutes). The oil loosens plaque. Then rinse, then floss. YOU NEED TO SWISH WITH THE PROBIOTIC DROPS TOO. The longer it's in your mouth, the more it works its way under the gum line. And SWALLOW this stuff. L reuteri bacteria is REALLY GOOD FOR YOU! Once it populates your mouth, it starts getting chewed into your food, aiding digestion. ALSO! reuteri supports the creation of serotonin, melatonin, collagen, and oxytocin in your intestines. You don't necessarily have to use the "drops" to get this effect. Biogaia makes chewables for your oral cavity, and chewables for your stomach. And making yogurt with reuteri gives a higher bacterial count and more in your belly makes you happy and content.

Es muy recomendable para los niños, mi hija lo utiliza es muy eficaz

I only used 3 drops but it was gone in two weeks... maybe the bottle was not full... don't know if they work at all...
