Battat Bristle Blocks Basic Builder Set, 112-Piece Building Blocks, Playset

We LOVE these blocks. I have a 2.5 year old son and was trying to find him some blocks he could use to create interesting shapes with that would be easy for his small hands to connect. These are perfect! Easy to connect (there was a little bit of a learning curve at first but he caught on quick), and so many possibilities! He has already figured out how to create a few animals and his own version of himself, which is cute. He has also created many airplanes. It makes him feel very accomplished and proud of himself. I will warn you- if your kid is like mine they may take apart all of the wheels in this set of blocks. My kid loves to take apart everything he can, and the wheels of these blocks can be stripped down into pieces so that they don't work as wheels anymore, which is a little annoying. If you or your kid ends up wanting to build with wheels after they've done this, you have to figure out how to put the wheels back together (which is a hassle, because it requires 3 or 4 different small pieces that make up one working wheel). This doesn't take anything away from how much I love the blocks, I just wanted to give you a fair warning and maybe let the creators know they should create a wheel that is one whole piece that can't be taken apart or just not include wheels in a set. I do intend on buying another set eventually when my kids get older and have more intricate plans, but for now my kiddos are very entertained with just this one set of 112 pieces.

I purchased these for my 2 year old grandson. Out of all the toys he received that day, this was his favorite. He and his 3 1/2 year old brother were fighting over the blocks.

My 4.5 year old autistic son plays with these each and every day. I think he likes the sensory input of the bristles, but he also can apply his imagination to create an unlimited number of creations. These are bright colors, myriad of shapes, and have some spinning parts - spinning being a nice tool to soothe him. I had bristle blocks as a kid and it is so cool that my little guy likes them so much!

We got these blocks for our kids because they were softer and easier to manage than Legos and he loved them. Built all kinds of things. Only drawback, they tend to fall apart easily which caused frustration in him. Despite that he still used them for a long time. Eventually his younger brother began to use them as well.

My son loves these bristle blocks. We first saw them when his speech therapist bought them to our house and my son just adored them. He has so much fun building stuff and great price for how many you get in the package.

This toy comes in a resealable bag and has sparked the imagination of my kids ages 2 to 7 as well as myself. We love this toy and build so many different structures. They are bright and easy for small hands to manipulate. They're easier to see than Legos and we don't step on them the way we do tiny legos. We have small children friends that are safer with these than with smaller building toys. We are so happy with this selection than our other building toy options.
