I'm 49 and have been using this product for a couple of years. I'm trying to cheat my way out of using glasses and for as long as I take it my vision is good. I have noticed the difference when I forget to take it or my bottle finishes and I let some time go by without it. I have tried other products bu this has been by far the most effective.
