Klacht over beschadigd schetsboek van €50

Ik vind het niet acceptabel dat een schetsboek waarvoor ik 50 euro heb betaald in zo’n slechte staat is geraakt. Ik wil geen product gebruiken dat mijn motivatie en plezier in het bewaren van mijn tekeningen wegneemt. Bovendien is het erg teleurstellend en demotiverend om zo’n schetsboek naar een klant te sturen. Ik vind niet dat ik dit verdien.

Amazing Paper Quality, Even After Heavy Erasing
