I bought this as my cat likes to wonder off and when I’m calling her to come home I don’t know if she’s gone travelling far away or if she’s close by. The tile does not bother my cat even though she’s a small cat (3.8kg), and it’s a good size and weight. The app is easy to use. When she is close by the app will allow me to ring her tile, so I can hear it or see how close she is (signal strength). But when she’s far it will show there’s no signal. If I walk around the garden I can get a signal if she’s close by. When she’s far away there is no signal so at least it lets me know if shes close by or not. I discovered that when I’m calling my cat to come home sometimes she’s just ignoring me and is 2 gardens away, which is a relief as I get worried if she goes far away. I can even ring my phone from the tile even if it’s on silent so It’s useful when I mis place my phone. Overall this tile is very useful and somewhat accurate, so I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews. For a bluetooth tracker it does a good job and gives me a peace of mind. So far the tile is always right about where or how far my cat is and I’ve had no issues with connection. The price is also really good.

Great little tracker. Delivered fast and great price in the Amazon sale. New to the Tile mate as have used apple devices previously, but very easy to set up. Love that it has a loud alert sound when looking for it, and it also has bonus ability of finding phone and causing a loud alert on it, very handy if you 'misplace' items as much as I do. Great design and able to attach to keys/bags, and also small enough to slip into laptop bag. Compatible with Life 360, so handy to keep all important things together in same app. Great wee item. 😊

My Samsung Tile Mates have been a real lifesaver, or should I say key-saver, in our household. The days of playing hide-and-seek with keys, usually tucked away in a coat pocket or hiding in a handbag (or just generally drop-kicked down the hallway), are long gone. These little trackers have allowed us to avoid a lot stress, especially when time is of the essence and the keys decide to go on an adventure. The range on these tiles is impressive. Whether the keys are playing hide-and-seek under a cushion or chilling in another room, finding them is now as easy as following the beep. It's like having a homing device. One of our tiles (and it's respective garage door key) went on a real journey, ending up a mile away from home! Thanks to the app, we got a general idea of its location on the map. Now, this is where it gets interesting. Someone found it and scanned it, but alas, there was no way to communicate with this kind-hearted soul, but I did immediately update the found message with my number... which they either saw or never rang. The Tile then turned into a mini travel blogger, moving from one place to another, until its final destination – a bin. Yes, I had to rummage through trash to rescue it, like a weird treasure hunt. So, while the Samsung Tile Mate is a fantastic tool for keeping track of your belongings, it could use a feature to communicate with the person who finds your lost item when they scan it. It would save the hassle of playing detective and, in my case, the indignity of bin diving. Nonetheless, it's a nifty little device that has brought more peace and less chaos to our lives.

Great idea, works well, easy set up, neat small size. I feel my car keys are safer now that I can locate them within a decent local range if mislaid. Not for long distance location, but great within most peoples 'where's my keys' zone ! Check the battery strength after a year or two, but cheap enough to replace. Excellent product for peace of mind !

My mum was diagnosed with Dementia, and I wanted something that I could keep a check on her to see where she was going, and if she got lost I could trace where she was. The instructions are a tad limited so I googled set up, attached to my mums keys and waited. She doesn't have WiFi or Bluetooth or even a mobile phone so I was skeptical. However for the last 2 hours I have been able to track her. It is only a rough estimate of where she is ( if you want exact and history you need to pay subscription) but it gives you the road name and roughly where she is real time. The way the tile system works is that you have the app so Bluetooth must be enabled on your phone (even though could be miles away from the tile, as is the case in my situation) It relies on other people who have the tile app running in the background and then sends a report to your phone (that tile has been initially bluetoothed with) I've tracked her progress from different streets and indeed her bus route home, and can now see that she is home. I haven't used the other functions, call my phone etc as that wasn't the reason for purchase. If you live in quite a populated area this is a very good priced tracking system, if you're in the country possibly not so great as relies on others bluetooth. I live in the country but my mum is in Plymouth, I am absolutely delighted with this product and can't recommend it enough

Bought in March 2024, in December 2025 had a notification to say battery is dead and not replaceable. App has asked me to buy a new tracker. Annoying that it's not chargeable (even wireless would be good) and that you can't pay to replace a battery which would be cheaper over all.

Su diseño es resistente al agua y al polvo (IP67) por lo que no te tienes que preocuparte por salpicaduras o lluvia Este dispositivo tiene algunas funciones de pago, que en realidad no me parecen útiles para el uso que le doy yo, que es la de tenerlo en el llavero. ✅ CONCLUSIÓN El Tile Mate es una buena opción para aquellos que tienden a perder sus objetos con frecuencia. Great tool for traveling. App gives Great location finding, and those that have it are a lot of help with recover. I used it, by putting them on a bracelet on our kids, so that we wouldn't lose our kids due to their curiosity of places, but because the tiles are small in size, it's much easier to get lost and harder to recover if it's not a popular place.

Moi qui ne sait jamais où j'ai posé mes affaires, depuis que j'ai acheté ces appareils je m'en suis déjà servi plusieurs fois et c'est vraiment utile. Un sur la carte de la voiture, un sur les clés de la maison, un troisième sur les clés du boulot. Parce que forcément c'est au moment de partir au boulot (et généralement les jours où vous êtes déjà très en retard) que vous ne retrouvez pas vos clés. Un simple coup d'œil sur l'application, on clique pour faire sonner le porte-clé, et en quelques secondes il est retrouvé et le problème est réglé (bon du coup... Faut aller bosser après). Et comme souvent je ne sais pas non plus où j'ai mis mon téléphone (le syndrome du poisson rouge) le rappel qui fait sonner votre téléphone (celui sur lequel l'appli), y compris si celui ci est en mode silencieux en appuyant sur le bouton de l'un des trois porte-clés est juste topissime (si il est éteint, c'est foutu, le produit ne fait quand même pas de miracle) J'ai par la suite commandé le modèle en version "carte", identique à une carte de crédit, qui se glisse dans le portefeuille parce que OUI souvent je ne sais plus non plus où j'ai posé mon portefeuille (le jour où Amazon vendra de la mémoire je serais le premier acheteur...) ATTENTION : ce n'est pas un tracker qui vous permet de savoir où sont vos objet si ils sont trop loin du téléphone. Pas la peine d'en coller un dans la voiture de votre mari ou de votre femme pour savoir où il/elle passe ses après midi pendant que vous travaillez. Ça ne fonctionne pas et accessoirement c'est illégal ! L'appli installée sur le téléphone vous permet de localiser les choses sur lesquelles vous avez mis ces petits appareils SI ILS SONT À PROXIMITÉ ET SI LE BLUETOOTH EST ACTIVÉ SUR VOTRE TÉLÉPHONE. Si vous perdez vos clés dans un magasin et que vous vous en rendez compte une fois chez vous, l'appli vous dira (carte a l'appui) a quel endroit elle a détecté (via la connexion bluetooth donc) le porte clé la dernière fois. Il faudra ensuite vous déplacer a l'endroit indiqué, et l'application pourra voua aider à retrouver vos clés une fois qu'elle sera assez proche du porte clé pour accrocher la connexion bluetooth entre les deux, et vous permettra de le faire sonner. Par contre si quelqu'un a trouvé vos clés et les a déplacées ça devient compliqué... En utilisation détournée ça peut quand même marcher pour retrouver votre femme si vous allez chez Ikéa ou dans les magasins de vêtements en période de soldes

I have tiles on all my keys now, and its magical. My family is a bit spicy and we accidebtally misplaced keys quite a lot, but the reminder features make sure that we're not straying too far away from our keys ever again

Het is een goed toestel om spullen in de buurt terug te vinden maar het is niet zo dat als het toestel in de buurt is van bluetooth op andere locatie dat je deze dan verder kan tracken , we deden de test dat mijn echtgenoot de tile meenam op een verre locatie en dat ik thuis de tile ging volgen . De tile is zichtbaar tot een bepaald bereik . Ik dacht zolang hij in contact staat met bleutooth dat hij kon aantonen waar deze tile zich bevond
