Great Addition to our Kitchen Sink!!!
Perfect! The factory set hot water temp is perfect for several cups of hot water. We no longer have to wait for our Kuerig to warm water for tea or instant coffee. Of course, nothing beats fresh brew. We added the filter and no new have filtered cold (tap water temperature) and hot water. Moreover, the flow rate is decent...it’s much faster than the fridge but doesn’t match the faucet.Use the hot water to help speed up a pot of boiling water. Also, for the ones in the family who don’t like Cold water from the fridge, it’s a perfect fit. We use the sink faucet tap water for everything else, but anything we consume comes out of the “wave”.The design matched our new faucet and looks great. It was extremely easy to install. We had a tap ready for the faucet and used the quick connect fittings to connect them all together. Attaching the water line last, and letting the tank fill, the faucet was ready to go.Cons - fitting the faucet into our quartz counter was troublesome. The hole wasn’t big enough for the plastic “outer” thread and the inner metal fitting wasn’t long enough for our counters. Rather than call a counter specialist to come back out and drill a larger hole (which wouldn’t have gone well) I decided to sand off the threads on the plastic extension to get it to fit...but once I did, everything went smoothly. The tank is also deeper than I had anticipated. We have plenty of room under the sink, but due to its depth we couldn’t put it where we thought without it interfering with the deep sink we have.Lastly, the fittings attach from the top. If I knew then what I know now, I would’ve bought some 90-degree elbow quick connect fittings to keep from bending the lines and to ensure it can go as high in the cabinet as possible. Of course, more fitting mean more opportunities for leaks...but it all went well.Overall...I’m very pleased with the product and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The convenience of having filter water is great.

I love this hot water dispenser
OMG, I love this hot water dispenser. Great for making teas, hot cereals and instant coffee in half the time because the water is already hot and waiting to be used. As a bonus, it disinfects and cleans dishes and bottles with out chemicals because the temperature of the water is 160-210° F.I choose this model because I installed a 3 stage water filtration system under the sink and i wanted only one additional spout added to the top of the sink. After filtered water leaves the filtration system the water line splits in two, one goes to the insinkerator then to the hot water side of the spout, the second line goes right to the cold water side of the spout. So using the water filtration system and splitting the lines give me filtered hot water and filtered drinking water.I have read the reviews for this and other models and I really believe most problems can be attributed to installation errors, irregularities in the existing plumbing or water condition. I do believe in the existents of manufacturing defects, so upon receiving my unit I took it apart for inspection. I found that under the plastic outer shell is a thick layer of insulating Styrofoam and under that is the tank. That is it, nothing complicated here. I did a quick look over of the ports and electrical connections and it all looked solid and tight. No tubing or wires came in contact with the tank. This unit has a two tap spout with indicators for hot and cold water. It does not chill water. It only heats it. The water is as cold as it is out your regular sink faucet. It is warm to the touch, because the contents is hot. Occasionally, it will make a very faint boiling noise as the heating element turns on to keep the water at the set temperature. For safety, you have to hold the lever for hot or cold water to flow. Wish I did not have to hold the lever for cold water.I Like It.Would Recommend. Will Buy Again.

Water leak from inside faucet part and poor customer service.
Let me first say this would be the 5th home I have installed a Hot Water system in, so I'm familiar with the product. I connected the system and immediately had a leak from the line side (water IN) copper tube internal to the faucet. Nothing I can tighten or alter there, it is spilling down the tube from inside. I spent 40 minutes talking with a customer service representative who kept saying how unusual it was to have a leak there. Well, unusual or not, that's where it leaks. She finally offered a new faucet which is what I asked for to start with. I'm unsure if she said I have no warranty now or what. Two of us listening and still couldn't figure out what is happening. She would not take an email to keep me updated as to my complaint or the shipping. I will be happy to update my review if I receive a new faucet that works. However the conversation with customer service was very difficult.UPDATE: I received a replacement faucet late Friday night. However, it is the wrong one! I now need to wait until Monday morning to contact them, again. Remaining hopeful!
