Motorized Toy Train Set Fix 'em Up Friends with Carly the Crane, Sandy the Rail Speeder & Thomas for Preschool Kids Ages 3+ Years ​

My kids love this toy and have a lot of fun with it. Its durable and holds up for a long time. It’s compatible with other Thomas the train sets for the automated train cars. Functionality is great.

I bought this for my 3 year old who loves Thomas and he couldn't be more elated. The track is simple, easy to put together and works pretty well. My only complaint is that it's very easy to disassemble the hill and I wished the track snapped more tightly to the left in that area. Other than that this is a pretty great starter track for kiddos. It works with the other motorized characters we already had.

This little track is very entertaining. It also works with the birthday train that people love. The birthday train has a drum that doesn’t fit under all the track tunnels, but it easily works with this track. The train & track have a package that can be dropped into the back of the train that comes with the set. As the train drives along it delivers the package. Every kid from 2-10 played with this set at my grandsons party. Great set & works also with the birthday train.

My autistic nephew loves trains, so I bought this for him. He can watch it go around for hours. It was easy to assemble, and seems pretty sturdy.

The first thing I have to mention is that the motorized train is a hazard to a long girls hair. My daughter and then her 7 year old friend both got their hair tangled in the wheels and it is not easy to unwind. We had to break the train and use scissors plus a lot of patience. That being said, this is a great set so we even bought an extension. It is easy to put together (although not easy enough for my three-year-old, so I have to do it for her). This set can be connected to another set but you will have to figure out how to make it work and might end up with unused pieces. You’d also have to figure out how to make the train loop between sets without being stuck on just one side. There are no instructions for that. It provides for a fun challenge and there are many different combinations because the pieces are interchangeable. I find myself enjoying changing it up or figuring out a new combination and I can see how it will be a lot of fun for kids that are a little older than mine. Overall it works well with thee other “train station” set. The second set came with a push train and both of my kids (3 and 1) really enjoy it as well. It is a lot smaller but has momentum and can go fast over raised parts of the track. It also makes a lot less noise than the motorized train which my kids seem to appreciate. They do like the motorized train as well. The batteries on the motorized train last a good time. I really like the feel and quality of this set, but some of the pieces can be slightly misaligned and our motorized train sometimes gets a little stuck if things are not just right. Overall this has been a hit with the whole family nevertheless of a few shortcomings!

This is a fun little set for my 2 1/2 year old grandson. He loves everything Thomas the Train! It was easy to assemble and the train stays on the track nicely. I hope to purchase a few other sets sometime or add more track to this one.

This track set is a great addition to my sons Thomas collection. It is compatible with the Talking Thomas Trains. He loves to use his imagination and make unique tack designs or mimic designs he sees in videos. It's sturdy and will come apart and travel well (except for the crane... not easy to pack for travel) but the rest of the track is.
