Had this computer for almost a year and I can say this is the best refurbished item I’ve ever bought. It’s very fast and a great compact size. It’s worth the money you won’t be disappointed.

I've bought many refurbs before and never had a problem. Not the case with this one. On first boot it gave me a CPU fan error with 3 function options to continue. None continued. And it sounded like a jet taking off. After several reboots I got it to continue past the error. It wouldn't connect to wifi at that point. It is quieter but still loud and it vibrates the desk it is on. I work with numerous HP tiny's and they make zero noise. Not this one. I will see what the company says and come back and adjust the review if needed. It is nicely packaged and looks good.

Good value for a recondition mini computer. This machine is new in parts and the case was a clone of the Dell model that was built years past. There is limited setup data, and zero directions on how to open the case. I would say the builders had a plug and play intentions, so one should be aware of research before starting the software setup. This preinstalled OS, required an internet connection, and most likely the Win 11 MS empire gets their hooks into your life. My intent is for a Linux based back-up for my life. This product is perfect for my needs.

The PC received is clean, looks brand new, and it's been trouble free. It is a Dell 3040, not a 7040. I debated returning it but I needed to get the machine set up and didn't want to wait for a replacement. The big difference is the number of USB ports, and though I'm not happy that it isn't what I expected, it works fine and has enough ports for my use. I've got it connected to a CNC router running Vectric Desktop. The unit came with a WIFI dongle that works but is a little slow. Setting up Windows 11 took about a half hour and everything went well. I've had no issues whatsoever. I checked device manager, and it says that the listed processor and memory is there. I was worried about Windows 11 compatibility since the processor isn't on the Microsoft approved processor list, but There have been no compatibility hiccups. I needed a micro form factor PC since space is limited, and this refurb PC fits the bill At a very good price. I'm happy with its' performance, and if it had been the model advertised it would have received a 5 star rating.

Good deal , love it. I needed a cheap computer with windows after the one I had had the windows reach its age. Very fast ! Please buy !
