Bona Premium Sweep & Clean Mop for Multi-Surface floors

The Bona Sweep &Clean mop is elite! Super easy to assemble, inexpensive and works great! I love that it came with 2 mop heads. If I need to wet mop, I just wet the pad or spray the floor with floor cleaner. It leaves no streaks. I also love the size of the head, it picks up so much dust! Highly recommend.

I don’t usually take time to review products. I researched how to restore hardwood floors without sanding and found the bona products. So far I’ve used the mop, cleaning pad, and boba cleaner. I’m in love… I wish I found this sooner. Tossing my chemical smell swiffer today! I love that I can just wash and reuse these pads.

It's been a year since I purchased this mop and duster set, and so far it's working well. I like that I can easily clean under the stove and fridge, and it gets into corners well. While parts are plastic, that the pole is metal and the mop and duster are washable makes this far more eco-friendly than Swiffers and the like. My kitchen gets heavy use, so it would be even better, had the set contained a scrubber attachment as well — something like those green sponges. If Bona creates one, I'll thank them with a fifth star. But overall, I'm happy with it.

I’ve always used microfiber mops, I find that they work best for the types of floor that I have (hardwood and tile). They don’t last that long though which is why I’ve gone through several over the past few years. In fact, the handle on my last one just snapped, that’s why I’m here. The reason why I got it is simple- it was cheap. I got it while it was on sale for a price that I just couldn’t refuse. It came with all the stuff that I like too like reusable pads, a swivel head, and a telescoping handle. I’ll admit the qualitys not the best but then again most mops are like these nowadays. You just gotta replace them once they break. Thats probably why they’re affordalbe in the first place. What I did notice was the pads was kind of floppy on the ends. Compared the other ones Ive used the material is also thinner. What I’m planning to do is replace them with microfiber pads from turbo mops - they’re the ones that I used before. I looked at the measurements and it looks like the corners will stick out a bit but i’m okay with that as long as it allows me to mop more efficiently. Anyways, the day after I got it I gave it a try. Assembling the thing was easy, you just put the parts together. Once I got that done I decided to use it to clean the kitchen. Its been over a week since my last mop broke so a bunch of stuff has accumulated on the tile floors since. As always I began by wetting the microfiber pad. You cant get rid of anything with a dry cloth after all! Afterwards I got out my spray bottle and used it to mist the floor (Its a DIY solution that I made from vinegar and water). Then I went over it with the microfiber pad. It got dirty quickly, I had to switch the pad once in the middle. *I know Bona sells their own line of cleaners but I would much rather just use stuff that I already have at home. Maybe someday I’ll try their stuff but not anytime soon.* Pros: - Lightweight and easy to push around - Uses microfiber pads instead of disposable ones - Swivel head swings 360 degrees which makes it easier to mop - Great for reaching under furniture and objects - You can use any cleaner you want with it Overall I’m happy with how the mop worked. Its comparable to the ones I used in the past- the swivel head lets me get into those nooks and crannies and the extendable handle means that I can reach way farther than I can normally. Its likely that I won’t buy this product again but thats not because I don’t like it at all, its because I have a habit of trying different mops once the one I’m using breaks. For what it is, I would say that this mop is worth the money. Its cheap and it gets the job done for your hardfloors!

I'm really happy with the Bona system. I was unfamiliar with Bona until the team laying my new wood floor used it when they were cleaning up after installing my floor. It left the floor so clean with minimal effort. I bought this kit and it has everything needed for floor care. I must say the handle collapses unexpected sometimes, but it is not a big deal. Being able to wash the cleaning pad is very nice. I don't dry the pad in the dryer, I air dry it. I will use Bona from now on. It cleans the floor with no greasy or sticky residue.

I have used many dry mopping systems in the past. My one regret is not buying the Bona system sooner. The cleaning pad STAYS on the mop! There is zero pad movement, no matter how hard I scrub the floor or the angle I move the dry mop the pad stays in place. The whole system is very easy to use. This makes cleaning my hardwood floors so much easier and faster. To me this is worth every penny.

This should (and could be) a 5 star product, especially for a brand like Bona. I use their wet mop for my hardwood floors and am happy with it but this dust mop is a big disappointment. For the last ten years I’ve been using a chenille microfiber dusting mop until the floor attachment broke. It was great so that means it’s been discontinued. So I bought Bona based on reputation . I took one star off because the Velcro is 2 inches short from the end of the mop which makes the attached pad floppy. I never cease to be amazed at the lengths to which a company will go to ruin a good product ( and their reputation) just to save a dollar. I took another star off because the microfiber loops should extend at least an inch (or even 1.5 inch) around the perimeter of the mop edges. My old mop was like that and it did make a difference. Microfibers only extended one half inch front and back and barely 1/4 inch on both ends. A perfect example of twenty first century motto: Make it cheaper not better.

I bought this Bona mop having read a few reviews beforehand and they were saying that the Bona was better for larger spaces compared to the Swiffer Sweeper (which i was considering) but i ended up going with a Bona to dry mop the tiles, great mop, the reusable/washable pads are very effective, the dry microfiber pad is awesome, as are the other 2 pads for the cleaning solution and polisher solution. Having worked as a disaster technician in the flood/fire restoration industry, this mop isn't the cheapest compared to some, but you will get years of reliable use out of it.
