These are a clean herbal blend sweetened with stevia and isomalt (look it up). These drops have no dyes and have a refreshing minty flavor that opens up the nasal passages as it soothes the throat. The cost is .30 cents a drop. I appreciate the overall quality and taste. They gave my throat relief from the tickle that leads to coughing. The strength of the menthol is very good. I plan on repurchasing this product.
