A Must Buy!
I originally picked up the Shure TW2 to go with my SE846s so that I could go to the gym and wear audiophile-quality earbuds. But then I noticed I could've gotten these for not much more than the regular TW2 price, and I'd get AONIC 215s for cheap. Score! I absolutely love these earbuds. Are they as good as my 846s? Obviously not. But I don't need them to be. I use my 846s for gaming and audiophile stuff; I use my AONIC 215s for working out and mowing, and they're PERFECT for this. Honestly, I think they'd be fine for just about anything, but if you're into high quality music listening, then you'd probably want something just a little better than the 215s, but that's only because I'm an audio nerd. For most people they'll probably be an improvement over what most people have been listening to music with. But, again, why I really bought these was for the TW2s, and it's amazing. Because high end Shure IEMs come with detachable wires, you can use the TW2s with anything in the Shure line-up (so long as the wires are detachable, of course). So I can switch in my 846s or my AONIC 215s depending on where I am or what I'm doing, or keep the AONIC 215s in my gym bag while I keep my 846s at home. Replacing the IEMs are super easy. Simply pull them off, snap the new ones on. No issues whatsoever. The battery life is very good. I can go about 8-10 hours on a single charge, and the case (which is VERY bulky, but they're very protective and has a sizable battery) has about three extra full charges in its battery, so you can easily go on long flights or trips and not have to worry about running out of battery. I also like the app. It's simple to use, and switching between IEM models is as simple as snapping the new ones in and then going into the app and selecting the new model. You'll have to do that because the TW2s will transmit slightly differently depending on the model, which increases or decreases the volume (and other EQ info). On that note, the app itself is highly customizable for the sound, both with many presets for higher or lower bass, treble, etc and you can also customize your own presets for your own preferences. So whether you're just in the market for entry level audiophile earbuds or if you're already a Shure devotee and just want TW2s, I strongly recommend picking these up. You get an amazing IEM in the AONIC 215s for cheap while you also get the TW2s, which you can use with any other Shure IEM (that has detachable wires). Given the sound quality and EQ options, you can't go wrong with these, and that's coming from someone who has both the entry level IEMs like the AONIC 215s and the super expensive professional/audiophile quality 846s.

I Like These Buds!
This is my third pair of Shure AONIC 215 TW2’s, and at this price level, they meet and exceed my expectations for sound and wearing comfort. I like them a lot. However, I want to address what I see as a design flaw, and that’s the connection of the earphone to the adapter. After 18 months of handling them I still have trouble at times finding that “click” indicating they’re snuggly seated.. There has been a fair amount of complaining about this in feedback, and some reviewers have said the ear plug falls off, but I can pretty much guarantee they didn’t have them on all the way. Once they’re firmly in place you should be able to give it a tug and nothing moves. In fact, it takes a little muscle to get them unplugged. So, come on Shure, just like a bayonet lens mounting on a camera…line up the red dots and Voila! they’re firmly plugged in, instead of moving this way or that, this angle or that to finally get them to click into place. I run these on various electronics and any pairing woes I have are cleared up with an adapter reset or a Shure reset. Either/both are easily accomplished. All in all, any issues I’ve run into are overshadowed by the clarity of sound and the way they fit in and around my ear.

Unreliable
I've actually never had good luck with Shure headphones. The cord somehow always starts deteriorating around the connection to the earbud causing audio to cut in and out. Still, I've kept buying them for the last 15 years because they fit and sound great. These wireless headphones sound great---but a single earpiece has twice stopped working on me. Shure charges you for shipping to claim a warranty service, so getting the issue resolved leaves you without headphones and out some additional money. If you buy these, definitely also get an extended warranty. Update: I threw these out. Avoid.

Perfect for music, just didn't fit the bill for what I needed specifically
Alright so it's not quite often that I write reviews but I wanted to this time because I ended up returning these iem's after a couple days...but not because they're bad. When I paired them up with my iphone and used the shureplay app, they worked flawlessly and sounded pretty great! They seemed to be really secure on the ear so if you, like most others, are going to use these for exercise, then they'll most likely do what you need them to do. However, the reason I returned these was because I didn't get them for music or exercise, I've been hunting for wireless iem's for pc gaming because I was getting tired of bulky headsets. Unfortunately, the bluetooth connection between the iem's and my pc seemed a little unstable and I experienced some audio issues (not consistently but enough to say "yeah these aren't for me"). In addition, there was noticeable latency in audio. It was just enough to bother me but im sort of OCD about that kind of thing so I tend to notice it more than others might. It was maybe like 15ms between shooting a gun in apex and hearing the audio. Granted, I know bluetooth tends to have latency issues anyway so this is probably not specific to the aonics. Bottom line is, if you're using them the way they were designed and engineered to be used, you won't have any issues and you'll probably love them. But if you're like me trying to find a solution for in-ear wireless pc gaming audio, I don't think these are what you're looking for.

So much potential… but no.
I have had great experiences with the Shure brand in the past. I was hoping for the same top-notch quality with these. I was specifically looking for an over the ear bud model. Smaller, in ear versions, do not seem to work well for me. I will wear these all day at work as I spend many hours on the phone with customers. Unfortunately, although the fit was very nice, the connection between the earpiece, and the over the ear battery was not very secure, and I found it detaching repeatedly and unexpectedly. The fit was extremely finicky. I had to work through all of the possible foam and rubber earbud fit combinations to finally find a blend for my ears that were absolutely perfect, otherwise the sound was horrible. After hours of back-and-forth, testing and adjusting, I can say that once the proper earpieces were used, the sound was wonderful. Having them spontaneously detach was far too annoying for me, and even though the sound quality was very nice, the amount of work required made this a set of devices I had to return. I was surprisingly annoyed at how difficult actual phone conversations were using these. After so much time working to get these to fit and sound great, phone calls sounded and felt like I was talking underwater or in a noisy closet whether transparency was on or off. I would not have been able to use these for calls regularly.

Finally, great sound quality in comfort and wireless
These earphones sure sound great and I mean that as an Audiophile. Typically, I stick with over ear headphones because I haven't had luck finding in-ear solutions that work, but these finally work for me. They fit comfortably inside my ear and don't cause any discomfort after prolonged wear sessions. The hooks on them seem a little odd at first too, but I've owned earbuds like this in the past so I was a bit familiar with them. The hooks are great at securing these earphones into your ears and I was unable to shake these out during exercise like running or by just shaking my head as hard as I could. Sound with these is another one of it's strong points. Initially, it is a little bland with the neutral sound signature. The bass is very light and the highs are slightly elevated. It doesn't make listening to music too exciting, until I downloaded the Shure Play app and applied their bass boost preset. With that preset the missing bass booms in your ears. The bass is tight and punchy without becoming muddy like some other "bass boosted" headphones do. Honestly, with this preset alone I found music a lot more fun to listen to and I enjoyed wearing these a lot more. The only thing that would of been better to see is a deeper more rich bass, but for the tiny driver in these the bass it puts out is still quite impressive. The other thing I like about these headphones is that it comes with quality foam tips which tend to be pricey upgrades on their own. Usually most earbuds I've gotten come with the standard set of silicone tip. You get those as well in the box if you prefer them, but I like the foam tips it comes with. Saves a good chunk of change not having to buy foam tips from companies like Comply. The case also charges with a standard USB type-c cable which is nice to see as well. When I unpacked these, the case had one charge left and it took 2 hours to charge it up to full. Even though the charge time is quite long, I don't mind it too much because the battery life is really good. I've been using these consistently for the past few weeks and I've only had to charge in once. I will almost have to charge it again too, but it's nice to use these to exercise and general house work without worrying about the battery or sweat ruining them. While these earphones are very impressive, there is some downsides to them. The first for me is the case because it is not very pocketable. I am a male and luckily my jeans have large pockets. The charging case will fit in my pockets, but it is not enjoyable to do so. The case is just so bulky that it is not comfortable. Most of the time, I just carried the earphones themselves and left the case at home. Putting the buds back into the case is also not as simple or easy as a pair of airpods. With those you could do it with your eyes closed, but with these you need to be paying attention. I've tried doing it in the dark and I just have to turn on a light to make sure they are oriented properly. The other issue I have with these is the volume. I typically don't listen to things very loud as I worry about hearing damage. With these the lowest volume is still too loud for my tastes. The lowest volume is pretty much the only volume I ever used it at. It is plenty loud to listen to music enjoyably while doing other activities. It would be nice if the volume could go lower so I can listen to music while going to sleep. Otherwise, it feels like I'm at a night club and that makes sleeping just a little bit difficult. The last problem I've had is minor, but weird connectivity issues. There have been times where I take these out of the case and it says the earphones are in pairing mode before letting me know they connected to my phone. I only had this happen a few times. The other issue is where the signal has started cutting out even though my phone is in my pocket next to me. Usually it is just one of the buds, but I've had it happen on both. Thankfully, these go away after a few minutes, but it is still odd. Overall, I really enjoy these earphones from Shure. The wireless design makes them incredibly convenient to use and I find myself listening to music a whole lot more while doing chores or exercise. They are comfortable to wear for me which is a rarity and the battery life is great. Sound quality is something I am very particulate about and these satisfy me well. The only downsides to them is the bulky case which could be more user friendly to use and the weird glitches I get sometimes when I turn these on. These are so close to being perfect for me, it's just the case that really brings it down.

The sound quality is fantastic!
When I first received the earbuds, I plugged them in and let them charge overnight. I also downloaded the Shure app. Once the earbud pack was charged, I inserted them in my ears. The directions said I could change the foam earbud pieces, but I was not able to take the earbud pieces for fear of breaking them. Thankfully the earbud pieces that came with the earbuds fit in my ears. I have enjoyed wearing the earbuds pretty much every day. There is a noise canceling feature, as well as an environmental feature. All I need to do is to open the Shure app to turn on the environmental feature, and I can hear everything around me, including the music I’m listening to. I flew in an airplane recently, and it was so helpful to turn off the environmental feature to shut out the noise of the airplane and enjoy my music and videos in peace and quiet. I can also answer and talk on my phone by just pressing on the button on either earbud to answer, as well as end the call. In addition, I can press the buttons to start or end my music. The only downsides I can see to these earbuds is if I wear them for too long. My ears start to hurt once I have worn them for more than 2 hours at a time. These earbuds have changed my mind about Bluetooth headphones. I am definitely enjoying the features, the quality of sound, and the ease of use. I highly recommend them!

Crisp Sound, Comfortable Fit
I needed to get new wireless earbuds after my Bose Sound Sports stopped charging. I had tried their newer model but whenever I ran it fell out of my ears. With these that is not a concern at all. When running and working out with them they stay very secure and require little correction. They also work well with glasses and sunglasses. The only problem is for this secure fit it takes a while longer to get them put on. First getting the wireless adapter over your ear then fitting the bud into your ear channel. Sound Wise, these are very good but with one big downside. I had thought my Bose had good sound quality but with these Shure earbuds, i have never heard music crisper. With these, I can actually hear the difference between an HD and an UltraHD song on Amazon Music. The biggest downside of them though is they have a very weak bass. Even trying to use the equalizer to improve bass profile makes almost no change. Functionally these are decently user friendly. Other than volume control users can do everything with only one earbud in which is a nice feature, but would definitely be nice if all functions can be done on either ear bud, especially if your carrying something in one hand and can't free it up. I also like their slimmer profile since they don't stick from my ear as far as the Bose do.

Sound quality amazing and controls works amazing!
Product works as promised, great balanced sound delivery, notes are nicely delineated and enough bass to satisfy. The controls are easy to use and get a hang of work. The environment feature is really nice as this noise isolates a ton (more than active noise cancelling models). The environment feature plays the sounds from the mic into your ears and sounds really natural. It's a little more expensive but definitely seems more durable than those itty bitty ear buds. I like that I can change it into wired ear phones easily too! Bit of a splurge but so worth it :)

Excelentes

Comfortable, great sound, great range
I use these while doing home renos, working out, and working at my desk. These earphones block out the noise from my loud saws and compressor. In my 3 story house, I leave my phone on the middle floor and I can go anywhere without losing signal. When I'm working out, they stay in my ears whether I'm lying back on bench press or facing the ground doing rows -- not true for any of my old earphones which always fell out in the middle of exercises where I'm looking up or down. When I'm working at my desk I have them in for hours on end and I forget they're even there. I'm no audiophile, but I think the sound is perfectly balanced whether I'm listening to rock, rap, country, or daily news podcasts. I bought these because they have the same basic shape as the wired earphones for my in-ear monitor that I've used in gigs and rehearsals with my rock band and are still going strong after almost a decade. I want Shure to keep making these so badly I'm wasting my time on this long-a** written review!

Super confortable, pretty reliable, OK sound.
I tried the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro before sending them back due to comfort issues and lackluster noise cancelling. Bought these instead, ad I'm definitely don't regret it. First, some cons: - The sound of the Aonic/SE215 earbuds is not the best. Lacks highs and not very clear, kind of muddy for the price. The Samsung earbuds sounded much better, and my Sennheiser HD599SE ($130 on sale) blew both of them out of the water. - Some connectivity issues, but pretty rare. Resetting by putting them in the case and pushing both buttons for 7 seconds usually fixes any problems. - Big case. I love it, it's very sturdy and definitely won't open accidentally, but I suspect most people prefer airport style cases. - No active noise cancelling. - Quality while on calls (using the TW2s in "headset" mode" is pretty bad, but useable. Lots of distortion, but it works. - Terrible sound when they turn on/off. Don't know what Shure was thinking, it's like a terribly compressed MP3 or something. Can be disabled in the App. Bluetooth connection and other sounds are good though Now the pros: - SUPER comfortable, I can have these in my ears for hours, especially with the bundled foam tips. - BUTTONS, REAL BUTTONS! Touch/capacitve controls need to go, just like 3D TVs and Google+. Apple figured this out with the Airpod Pros, Samsung didn't, and Shure wins with real, configurable buttons. Volume setting is a bit finicky, but alright in a pinch - No noise cancelling? These are basically earplugs. They're completely sealed, letting less noise in than my old Bud Pros with noise cancelling on. - The app is great and lets you save button configurations and EQ settings on the earbuds, so the settings carry over to any other device. The EQ is nice since it fixes some of the shortcomings of the Aonic/SE215s - Detachable Earbuds: biggest win for consumers. Once the battery dies for good on these, just plug some MMCX cable and you're good to go again. Already bought some for the future. - No issues with battery life so far. - For the price I got them, it's cheaper to buy the set that comes with earbuds than the TW2 adapters alone, making it a no brainer if you want to replace the earbuds with better MMCX compatible ones. Definitely recommend these overall.
