Sterile blue plug + cap came outside safety packaging, hence unsterile
This sterile medical item is used to protect a used male end of a urine collection system and/or the catheter tube comint from the bladder. Ideally for hygiene they are use-once items. So imagine my disappointment when I open the brown paper delivery bag and find the "sterile" blue plug outside of its plastic product safety-envelope, lying on the bottom of brown paper delivery bag. Medline's plastic safety envelope was open on one end. It is no longer sterile, so I cannot use it, so I was unable to try it.

Useful.
I just ordered a few more of these, after the first one I bought vanished (can't tell whether to blame the housekeeper or the cats, but most likely the cats). The plug is great for quick trips to the bathroom at night, showers, and for letting somebody else (me; my wife's the one with the bionic bladder) empty the night bag when it gets full. The cap is useful for protecting the plug when it's not in use, but it's a little hard to remove.
