Sony Rear Lens Cap for Nex

Nothing to say about it as it is a genuine Sony with a perfect fit. However, it is a shame that Sony does not include camera body or lens cap in their bundles. They should include it by default.

i lost my rear cap, and this is the exact replacement, great price, and fits perfect.

This fits snug as it should. It does what is supposed to do, protect the lens. My only complaint is the cost. The price by manufacturer id $5.99 but the shipping is about the same price. I went to a camera store and they charged over $10.00 then tax was about the same. to me it's a lot for a piece of plastic. There seems to be no way around it if you want to protect your lens. I haven other nikon lenses that I bought in a camera shop that I am using with an adapter that are not name brand that were good fits but they were not much cheaper.

Bought a second hand lens that was missing the caps. This fit perfectly. Arrived in a timely manner and appropriately packaged.

I purchased a Sony a6400 with the 16-50mm kit lens brand new. I expected to get a body cap, rear lens cap, and external battery charger with my purchase. If I didn’t get the external charger that’s fine, I can understand it. But ATLEAST throw in the body cap and rear lens caps! I bought a Canon 80D refurbished with the 18-55mm kit lens, and guess what? IT CAME WITH BOTH CAPS AND AN EXTERNAL CHARGER! I know I’m just ranting here, and as good as Sony’s cameras are, it’s not a deal breaker. But I certainly would appreciate if Sony read this review, that they take into consideration that It’s not just me that feels like this. On a positive note, I’m glad I was able to find these caps so easy and so cheap!
