Dell Optiplex 5060 SFF Desktop - 8th Gen Intel Core i7-8700 6-Core Processor up to 4.60 GHz, 16GB DDR4 Memory, 512GB Solid State Drive, Windows 11 Pro (Renewed)

This is the second refurbished PC I've bought from Amazon. I don't need a high-performing machine and the Dell Optiplex is as good a solution for me as any other. This PC was pretty much turnkey. In fact, I opened it up and added the solid state drive from my existing PC, and there were no issues. In the past I've built my own PCs from individual components, and doing so takes some time and isn't as inexpensive as you'd think. These refurbished PCs are a nice solution if you simply want a PC that helps with your daily computing needs.

Computer is to be used for work at home project and was checked by employer and deemed as an excellent unit that far exceeds its processing capabilities. I was impressed considering the few hangups with not including a DisplayPort to HDMI plug for the regular HDMI screen and felt it should have been included. Overall, the support team was gracious and worked tirelessly at making sure this unit was successfully up and running. One more thing is missing and they promised to send. I am grateful for a wonderful support team here.

I've used this almost daily for 2.5yrs. And have had no problems. It's quick and suits my needs well.

The disk drive on the computer was a feature I was hoping for but it is locked up. After trying to open the drive with the button a few times and hearing the gears on it grind without opening, I used the pinhole release on the front of it to open it up and springs and plastic just fell out of it. After opening it up more, I see that the m.2 drive was brutally ripped out of the computer leaving me without the ability to put a new one in... (The Seller was "IT Supply Guy") Inside the case got a quick blow out of dust to get the big pieces of dust but it still has a film of dust all over the inside of it. Its wasn't refurbished. just slightly cleaned up. CPU still has the original thermal paste. Comes with a cheap aliexpress SSD (FASTKING 512GB and it is known for its extremely high rate of failure) and some vinyl wrap on the outside to make the shell look new. Honestly the wrap is pretty decent too. This is the 3rd seller I have purchased one of these from and they almost all do the same thing. I like that some other sellers, do put the service tag back on it the case after the wrap and go over the soft edges. With all being said. it is the computer I bought, just had to immediately replace the ssd and will be replacing the disk drive too and actually cleaning it out and replacing the thermal paste. This was the worst refurbished experience I have had yet and only one time I have received on from this seller.

this computer is just as good as a brand new one.very fast ,half the price of a retail store. very reliable company. very satisfied

Doesn't hold the total memory unless you pay a fee. Dose not work fast enough or clearly enough. Last time I buy a refurbished pc. It's junk.

Seemed like a great value for an 8th Gen i7, I spent several hours updating windows and loading a few programs on the evening I received it and seemed to go fine. The next morning using it for work after 15-20 minutes of being on it would abruptly shut itself off and would not power back up. I unplugged power cord and then it would boot up only to shut off again after 15 minutes. I did a little research and most likely cause is CMOS battery needs replacing, or bad power supply, or bad motherboard... As this PC was supposed to be fully checked out I didn't want to buy somebody else's problems for $470 so I returned it and bought a new 12th Gen i7 for $900. -If I had the time I may have tried to
