As advertised these are dried red Thai chilis. Cooked up great and I dropped a handful in the hot sauce I made as well. Not as hot as fresh chilis but still good.

A great way to add spice to dishes without changing the flavor. They are dried so they keep a long time, but will eventually be less spicy than before (just use more). Fresh peppers are great but they do change the flavor of a dish and may overspeak (jalapeños are like this).

Just need to dry them out a bit when you get them, but flavor is great!
