How does it hold up when performing hyper extensions?

It worked fine for me.. but I'm not a big by no means. Don't know for sure but I'm gonna say if you're a big guy or girl 6ft plus it might be be a little awkward. Just saying.. I'm 5ft 9 180lbs and it works great for my body type.

Can the height of this bench be adjusted?

No.. the legs are a fixed length. The only thing adjustable is the back that lays flat or raises.

How do you fold this up to store it away? I don’t see that in the instructions.

Pull the pins at the joints. Folds up into itself. Easy peasey.

What kind of weights go with the bench?

I use free weights with the weight bar's ( bench press, curl, etc)

Sturdy workout bench

I was reluctant at getting this bench because there were a few reviews that mentioned the fabric was torn or ripped I took a chance and glad I did this came in perfect condition well packed easy to put together and really sturdy.
