I’ve only used the PNKKODW Hat Press once, but the results were perfect! It was easy to use, and the press provided excellent, even heat for creating custom hats. This would be an amazing tool for anyone starting a business or looking to make personalized hats and apparel. It worked exactly as expected, and I’m excited to use it more in the future! Highly recommend for anyone looking to create custom hats.

I've used it on a couple dozen occasions, adding heat transfers to perhaps 200 hats so far. It still looks new and it works great every time. Very consistent heat- especially for foam front 'trucker hats', it's pretty easy to make a bunch in a row fairly quickly. It took me a few sacrificial hats to get initially figure out my technique, and I've learned some types of hats are much easier than others to add a heat transfer to.

I am exchanging for the same product. It worked very well and am impressed with the ease of use and all controls. It has a front/back adjustment which can easily be done, but the crease on the right side of the picture I cannot move to the right. The press arrived already like this and is putting this crease on the tested hats I have. It is very obvious and it cannot be removed. The half-moon and reversed that meet up are not aligned. The only way I can align it is to put a little force to the right so it meets up correctly. Seems there is no right/left adjustment at all. EDIT: The original press was not the same as what was pictured. The updated version seems more durable and better made. The original had the hat-stretch coil spring that fell off the handle each time I used it. The replacement has the pivot point and dual springs as pictured.

The only thing you could improve upon is putting a lever latch for the tension arm. I made one out of wire and backed out one of the screws on the bottom and installed it behind the screw. It's so much easier now to get a cap to set correctly on the pad.

Product works well. They even threw in a few DTG or DTF transfers. I ordered the vevor counter part the previous week and it arrived with broken control panel. Their customer service couldnt even locate the product to provide support.

I purchased a used like new model with minor imperfections to the original box. Amazon claims the product has been tested and in great working condition. Looking at my picture you can tell it was never tested or even assembled. Upon opening the package,we plugged in the machine and the control panel did not work. Followed some trouble shooting things and nothing worked. I looked closely at the front of the machine and noticed 2 blue wires that weren't connected. I opened up the back of the machine to discover that none of the wires were connected. Tell me again...... How was this product really tested and in perfect working condition?

It needs larger additional support if you are going to use hard caps, since it does not have support it bends the caps and damages them!
