Very satisfied
Got this machine to complete our sous vide system and we’re very happy with its performance. We usually use it on the moist food setting to avoid getting juices in the weld zone. Bag storage/dispenser and cutter are brilliant and easy to use. Very intuitive, no unnecessary gimmicks, and bag sensor works great, makes it so you don’t have to operate controls with slippery hands.
