I’m not positive that this works because I still feel bloated and gassy but also there is a good reason for that. I also feel less gassy than before I knew that I was expecting so maybe it does. What I do like is that this item came delivered cold. I even had forgotten to bring it in all night and it still remained cold by the morning. I would say this brand works better than the non refrigerated brand.

It helped me a lot during pregnancy and postpartum.

These are great. I obviously haven’t had my gut flora checked, but they seem to work well. My stomach has been much happier since I started taking these. My digestion seems to work better now, and I don’t get nearly as many stomach aches now, and according to my OB these help reduce the risk of GBS during pregnancy and the risk of vaginal yeast infections. Don’t know if it really does the latter, as I’ve never had one, but we’ll see about the GBS next time I get pregnant!

I have severe histamine intolerance. This made it worse. So not the right pro and pre biotics for those with histamine problems or MCAS.

The only two things that I don’t like is that the jars and containers are so big and seem to be a waste of material. The containers do t need to be refrigerated, but the glass ones are supposed to be. I didn’t realize this at first, as I had initially bought the plastic bottle of them. I’ve otherwise been happy with them.

One of the best I’ve had. I got the refrigerated one. Keeps me regular and less pain in the stomach. Actually works unlike some other brands that don’t absorb as good No after taste, easy to swallow, fast delivery.

Works as advertised and doesn’t upset my pregnant wife’s stomach. Her and the baby are in excellent health

I came back to leave a review of this product! I am 16weeks pregnant woman, and I am quite picky for all nutrition when I choose. That’s why I started taking probiotics from 13 weeks. ( I couldn’t trust any of it in the market ;) Honestly, I couldn’t go to toilet for one week since the pregnancy (Used to go once a week) but now I go every three days! It’s huge improvement ! I feel much much better and I highly recommend this to people who have xx problem like me ... !

They don’t need to come refrigerated because they are shelf-stable (ambient). However you can keep them in fridge once you receive them. I used to use Garden of Life Women Probiotics for years but this pregnancy formula is very effective. Stain selection /formulation is what you need during pregnancy. I will certainly continue buying. Packaging: needs to change. Too many plastic.

First time I tried this, so far so good. Extra support in these uncertain times of virus.

I love this supplement and will buy if the price is equal to the last time when I bought at £16. It is now £22! I checked the website selling £14! Hey Amazon, please do better your job!
