May not be for everyone but it works well for this aging zen practitioner, the bench height and blocks take away most of the stress on my cross legged knees, back support is a great guide to make sure you’re maintaining proper posture, I have 2 of these, they travel very well

I have always sat on the floor for my meditaiton practice without much problem until I exteneded my daily sitting to an hour+/session. I have found that this is hard on my body and leaves me with lasting discomfort afterwards. As someone who has sat on a cushion for many years, I find sitting in a chair uncomfortable for long periods of time during my practice. This seat has been a fantastic solution for me. It is low enough to the ground that I can still sit cross-legged but lifted enough that my knees and hips are less strained over long periods. The leg support blocks are especially useful for knee and ankle support. The back support is wonderful and seat cushion is very comfortable. I love the portable design and have traveled with it often. As an added bonus is also looks great! I don't believe that there is a seat out there that will eliminate all discomfort when sitting for longer periods of time, but this one is the best I have found so far.

I like my Ungloo Box Meditation Chair. I honestly purchased mine in hopes of reliving some of neck and back pain and it works! I found it very painful to sit for an extended time until the Ungloo Box Meditation Chair. It's remarkable design corrects my poor posture and relives my pain in my back as well as my neck. It is lightweight which is great for portability (even comes with a carrying handle), easy to put together once I figured out how, it's very comfortable, sturdy, and seems to be quite durable as well. It's a bit spendy but definitely worth it .

So happy with this! My legs & feet kept falling asleep during meditation. This little bench helps that so much! The wedges offer 3 different heights for comfort. The padding for the seat and back is very comfortable and the mat offers stability. Worth every penny!

This help straighten your back posture. I love that it’s portable and it’s comfortable. I see myself doing 20 minutes and extending it week by week. Even at the park people ask where did I get it from. This is a great item to have.

Great concept ! The pad for the feet and seat work well. The back not as much and the knee support blocks are too small. I wish I returned it when I could but I was try to get my body used to it. Would be a good product for 20-40$ maybe definitely not worth the high cost

I have been meditating for years, and as I have gotten older, it is harder to get down on the floor and back up from a meditation cushion. I've been looking for something other than the gaming chairs that get offered when you search for "meditation chairs." This was my answer! I am still making adjustments and trying how to best use the knee supports, but I think that will come very quickly. The real question is "how long will it last?" The seat cushion is comfortable, and I was surprised how sturdy the back support felt. That said, I only gave comfort a "4" while still giving the overall seat a "5:" I know that's strange, but I feel strongly that all of this is going to work out in a positive way as I make adjustments to the cushion and learn how to use the knee supports. Compared to other meditation seats I've tested, this is the best for me, so a "FIVE" it is!
