Can you use this on landscape mode meaning phone horizontally and will it work with s23 ultra?

Is the supporting piece that holds the actual device, from the rubber feet to the top accurately 3.8"?

It's extendable, so I'm not sure of the height. My phone is 6.8" and it supports mine very well!😊

No, it's actually very sturdy. My only issue is with my phone not the stand- I have a pop out finger grip which doesn't allow my phone to sit in the horizontal position in the stand. If the lip thingys (resting tabs) were a little longer that would eliminate that problem.

Does this fit with a pop socket?

Sorry I don't have a pop socket on my phone, but I purchased a leather phone case by Qltypri that is fairly thick and my phone still easily fits on this stand.
