Excellent Solar Panel - outputting decent Watts - real world useful
I don't usually leave reviews, but in this case, I thought it would be useful, as there seems to be some mis-information floating around about this 100W solar panel....from other reviewers. I don't know if they are fake reviews from other companies, or just people got a defective panel, but figured I'd share my experience. Some people reporting in they are only getting 20Watts out of it......or 60Watts out of it etc. makes me wonder if they have done any research into Solar overhead, conditions for solar use etc.. As you can see from the images I have posted, I am using the AllPowers 100W foldable panel with a Bluetti power station. Today it is sunny outside in England. The pictures were taken at 11:38am to prove this solar panel works a lot better than what some others are saying. Yes, these were pretty great conditions for Solar, a nice sunny day about 21 degrees Culcius.....but as can be seen, I was getting peak charging rates of 93W and a constant rate of 83W. This is only a 7-17% drop in Watts from the 100W panel. Which is great! I suspect it may of given a higher peak output but I didn't stand their staring at it for the full charge time. Very rarely will any panel output the exact max wattage it can support in the real world, as the manufacturer max figures are created in test environments with perfect conditions and no variables. Many will output 50-70% of their claimed output in the real world.....so the fact the AllPowers is outputting at 83-93% is really impressive. Obviously if you run the panel on a hazy sunny day you will get less than on a clear sunny day. Likewise if it's cloudy, you will get even less etc.... The more cloud cover the worse the output will be....... I actually ran this panel two days ago on a full cloud day and was still getting 15W out of it, which is in itself quite impressive as wasn't expecting much out of it at all in those conditions. Bear in mind this panel is very competitively priced.....so the fact it is performing so well is even more of a surprise. I couldn't afford the more expensive panels, but in this instance I think it would have been money wasted anyway as this panel is doing exactly what I need.....charging my power station quickly in the sunshine! I have no affiliation to Amazon, or AllPowers, and like I said at the beginning of this, I don't post many reviews, but thought that in this case, I have been impressed. This panel is more than adequate for my needs and the output in realistic Solar conditions is very good.

Does exactly what it says!
I purchased this to charge my AllPowers 288wh. I have to say that the solar panel is excellent, well made, easy and lightweight to carry around. It charged my battery very quickly (was very sunny day). I also have to add that even in a dull cloudy day it successfully charged my 288wh (all be it a bit slower). I was surprised on a dull day it charged at all, am very impressed. It is also worth noting that AllPowers support is second to none, (shame other companies do not follow their example), they have been very communicative, and helpful beyond any expectations. They have always responded swiftly (considering the time difference), they always reply and are always very helpful and very knowledgeable. I would give a higher rating if it was possible, if you are considering any solar products that they offer, do not hesitate. I would highly recommend not only the product, but also the company. Most excellent..

Power output is good
Pretty good. Getting 43W -inside- a living room window, after 5pm, second week of July, 55ยฐ North. Very sunny day, virtually no cloud. The panel doesn't really look like a solar panel, not glass fronted. It folds up quite nicely. I haven't tried to prop it up outside, but will probably place it inside the van windscreen for charging my Allpowers P600. It gets very hot in the sun.

Worth the money? - I certainly think so. UPDATE
UPDATE: This outperforms my Bluetti Solar Panel by a margin of +32% on average. Today (30 September 2026) a nice but breezy day with a fair level of sunshine but some passing cloud my input readings are: Bluetti : 57w per hour (fluctuating down to 48 but maxing out at 61) Allpowers : 72w per hour (fluctuating down to 51 but maxing out at 78) It consistently outperforms the Bluetti - I will now strongly consider the allpowers 200w folding solar panel for purchase in the next month or two. ----------------------------------------------- Received early afternoon Saturday 8th August 2026. This is a 100w unit and I have compared it directly to my Bluetti 100W unit and these are my findings: Note: I used a Bluetti AC50B to start the test and then switched to an AC2A. โข There is a noticeable build quality difference, the Bluetti is more robust with a really nice carry handle. โข The angle stands on the Bluetti are more stable and have angular position guides - the Solax is rather flimsy. โข The Solax SE100 is slightly smaller all round and therefore not as weighty thus easier to carry although the "carry handle" is more of a finger grip which covers where the cables come out from the panel. โข The MC4 connectors on the Solax needed a little persuasion to connect snugly. โข The cables for both the Solax & Bluetti seemed to be identical regarding their outside diameter so wattage carrying capacity is not a concern - and the supplied MC4 connectors terminated with an XT90. โข The Solax does come with a storage bag - its nice for dust protection but not overly robust. The interesting thing between these two panels is the reported charging capacity. Each panel was placed in my garden side by side. I fully accept such placement means that neither panel was in the EXACT same position and therefore not receiving the SAME amount of sunlight at PRECISELY the same angle. I just wanted a simple comparison. The end result was : The SOLAX generated slightly more than the Bluetti at 79W per hour and the Bluetti at 71W per hour. A bright, cloudless day at 14:00hrs in the North of England. No amount of gentle re-positioning changed this result in any meaningful way. However, all folding panels degrade over time and I will closely monitor how these two perform over the next few months. If there are any major issues I will update this review. The deal breaker for me was the price as my circumstances guided me towards a 2nd Solar Panel Solax = ยฃ109.99 - From Amazon UK Bluetti = ยฃ199 - Direct from Bluetti Yes - the Bluetti is better built and has a nice carry handle but is there really an ยฃ89.01 difference in performance. The above indicates not. In the event that my travels demand I take one of the panels with me I suspect it will be the Solax - which means taking appropriate protective measures before sliding it into my vehicle. A spare blanket or 2 should do nicely. I suppose the acid test will be the lifespan, but for now the Allpowers SOLAX SE100W wins hands down. (Sorry Bluetti - despite being a fan and owning 5 of your boxes Solar Panel costs are getting silly) Worth the money - I certainly think so.

Well made product
Easy to use, output is about 100w. works well but doesn't like hot wether, not thats a big problem in the uk. I noticed it stopped producing current yesterday in the mid day sun so I measured the surface temp and the panel was just over 50 C (hottest day of the year I believe). Today its producing about 40 watts on a cool and fairly dull day. I am expecting the wattage to go up when the sun comes around fully in the afternoon, after all I do live in the sunny Staffordshire Moorlands. Hope this helps.

Very good performance
Once folded up, these are extremely portable. Once opened up and facing the sun, they perform well, charging my EcoFlow River Max daily whilst we are holidaying off-grid. Found them a little fiddly to stand up at first, but there's a way to do it. Basically, connect everything first, then open one array and pull out the stand at the back and seat it, then do the next, then the next. I made the mistake of trying to open the lot and then pull out the velcro fixed stand lol Very good, definitely recommend.

Appears to be zero customer service.
Purchased this in the middle of the summer. While starting to convert my camper. Didnโt take it out of the box till October/November. Put it out and itโs operated quite well. When I went to put it away, I noticed a bulge/bubble in the panel. I have contacted All powers and sent them pictures but received no response. I would be wary buying this product as customer support seems to be non-existent. (Disappointing.)

Amazing panel, great quality and generates a lot of power
The Allpowers 400W panel is a large panel for gathering a significant amount of power. It is foldable and portable but it's bigger and heavier than traditional panels because, well it has to generate 2-4x the power. It is great however for camper vans and off grid living. The panel will quickly replenish your portable power station, it'll keep it charge up during the day and make sure you don't have to worry about running out of juice. Quality of the panels are amazing, energy production is great and setup is simple and easy with the folding supports tucked in to the back of the panels. Great product, fair price considering the quality, very pleased.

Satisfait !
