These resistance bands are so handy! I’ve been using them for my Pilates and strength sessions at home, and they’ve held up perfectly so far. The material feels durable, smooth, and doesn’t roll or pinch when stretched (huge plus!). I also love that they come in a full range of resistances — from super light to extra heavy — and the colors make it easy to grab the one I need. They’re lightweight and fit in any bag, so I even take them when I travel. Honestly, they’ve become part of my daily routine — whether it’s warming up before Pilates or a quick leg workout at home. Work like they should and hopefully won't break but seem good quality

worked great the “xtreme” one is still pretty stretchy and they can ride up a little if youre a bigger person but otherwise amazing

These are very very wide so I feel like I don’t get the tension part I would get if I had bigger legs. However they do have many resistance options, and are good quality and don’t twist easily which I appreciate because I often wear workout leggings and not shorts. They also are comfortable. I think the very heavy is probably normal heavy though. They also don’t have the gross plastic smell!! I would recommend if you want various options. They also r easier to clean than others

I appreciate there being such a wide selection of extra light all the way to extra heavy in just 5 bands. There seem to usually only be light, medium and heavy which in a perfect world that would be fine, but I can't always even use light, so extra light still always me to not miss a day of stretch and pull ups. Also, the bands are the perfect width, at least for my grip, but seems pretty universal. The ones I have used in the past have been too narrow, too wide, or the rubber has been too thin and snapped (no fun). This set is a great price for great quality workouts. I couldn't be any happier with my selection.

I was looking for inexpensive resistance loops for specific home exercises, and these bands were the least expensive available. You get what you pay for -- they are very thin, and I'm not confident they'll last long. But, for the price, I can't complain. The bands are marked with their relative resistance level (from x-heavy to x-light) vs. estimated weight equivalents. If you're looking for fixed-length resistance loops, these do the job.
