What grit rating? why doesn't seller list? 60? 120? 600?

The grit on most of the diamond bits are usually 120 because they load up to easy if much fiiner

The box doesn't say but they are pretty aggressive...I use them for stone carving, not finishing.

What are the diameters of the wheel burrs?

Wheel burrs diameter : 16mm, 12mm, 10mm.

Can I buy just the case?

What I can say is yes. It not a very expensive set of diamonds wheel. It come quite handy to have in the shop. Of course it depends on what you do.
