This is honestly the best shaving gel I’ve ever used. The only one that actually softens my skin and allows me to shave with a breeze. Glides very smoothly when using a straight razor blade. Only a very small product is needed to get the job done. Very satisfied so far

Updated: this product works well, the razor blades are lasting very well. I wasn’t getting a super close shave, but it protects from nicks and cuts extremely well. I have had none in 4 months of daily shaving. To get a closer shave, I add about 20% liquid soap or shampoo to the gel that I have dispensed. I do this in areas where I am unlikely to get cuts, and use the product full strength around the ears and chin, where I would more likely get cuts. Because of this, I have upgraded my review to 5 stars. This product seems to provide excellent protection against nicks and cuts, as well as a very close shave. There is, in my estimation, a lot of drag on the razor. I used another product that worked very well, and the razor glided nicely over the skin; however, it is always out of stock on Amazon. The other product at least quadrupled my blade life. I will report back on blade life when I have used the Level 3 product longer. I would have rated the other product as five stars. Level 3 does have a good “barbershop” smell, but it seems to leave a film that comes off with soap.

I'm a guy with a tough beard and sensitive skin who really likes close shaves. I've tried a bunch of shaving creams and gels, and this is my favorite. Things to know about the L3 - It's transparent; you can actually see where you are shaving as opposed to guessing. It's super thick; less skin irritation It's super thick; a little goes a very long way. I shave five times a week, and the 16.9 oz bottle lasted 14 months It's cost-effective: $10 for a bottle that lasted me 14 months works out to between three and four cents per shave. I'll take it! It's super thick; your razor will get pretty dirty as the residue builds up. You need to wash it in warm water regularly.

Not bad

I'm an avid wet shaver who shaves about 50% of the time with a de razor and 50% with a feather artist club straight razor. I have many high quality soaps and creams. While I like them all, lately I've been looking for convenient products. I've been interested in brushless creams for a few years just to speed up my shaves. I recently tried this and was pleasantly surprised. It gives a very protective and close shave. The scent is pretty good too. I would actually deduct a star because it tends to clog the de razor pretty easily, but that's not an issue when I use my straight razor. The bottle is gigantic and you only need to use a little so I imagine it will last a very long time. I find it performs best after a hot shower and a couple small splashes of water to hydrate the gel after it is applied.

Good ocean blue smell and is thick enough to work with

10/5 stars. This is so much easier to use with a straight razor/shavette than a normal crème because you can see where the line is, and it cleans up much better. My barber gave me this product as a recommendation.

Kein Cut oder sonst was ! Der Brand ist fast gleich 0 ! Der Verbrauch ist sehr wenig ! Die Klinge schmiert nicht zu oder verlebt oder sonst was. Warm Wasser spülen bäm scharf wie zuvor ! Dieses Zeug ist tatsächlich der HAMMER ! ICH WÜRDE 7 STERNE GEBEN !
