This is exactly what they say it is and works well.

For the price you pay for it has very good build quality and decent finishing. Grip is also pretty good. Just make sure the size is correct for your weight plates.

This is a great bar

Not giving it 5 stars because I'm just in that kinda mood today. This curl bar isn't that curly but it's good enough, and most importantly it doesn't roll in your hand when doing curls and overhead motions. It's also not bad for shoulder presses or picking it off the floor for bench presses.The clamps can be spun easily to save time, which is good. I don't secure them overly tight and they loosen a little, but it doesn't effect my lifting as I keep the bar level at all times anyway.For home use I'd recommend it to a friend, but not an enemy.

Does what I need it to do!

The bar is solid and has a good feel to it. I would make this a 5 star review if I had received the collars with it. searched the box, it appears to have not opened during shipment (small tear at one corner, but not large enough for the collars to pass through).Submitted a ticket for the missing collars, we'll see if I get a response. Most fitness companies do not even respond to problems.UPDATE: Marcypro help desk responded within MINUTES of submitting the ticket. After I sent the verification, A. B. ( wonderful employee) told me the collars are on the way. Very happy with this company and their stance behind their products.

Love this EZ Bar it reminds when my gym was open and that was the Bar I liked the best for Curls. It is made very well with collars and the price was the best I have seen on line and it was from Amazon.

FIRST OFF: This bar is not standard. It is slightly smaller than 1". If you have, say, a set of adjustable 1" threaded dumbbells you will notice that the 1" plates you have will fit on the bar but not snuggly. You have to screw the end on pretty tightly to get it to stay (especially with more weight).The bar is also pretty small in diameter. If you have smaller hands this will be great for you, but if you're used to larger grips (like normal dumbbells or olympic/powerlifting standard barbells) then this will feel a bit odd to you.I bought this during the 2020 COVID lockdown while putting together a small home gym and overall I would recommend it if you can get over these faults.

This bar is great to use for multiple exercises more ergonomically. Any tricep or bicep workouts just feel better. I’ve used straight bars my entire life and as much as they do work, this just feels better on the wrists.The bar itself feels fairly solid too, and definitely weighs a bit.I’d recommend this.

Good curl bar. The main grip area is comfortable and wide. Only downside is that the screw ends (that hold the weight plates) are not that wide so you are limited in the amount of weight you can put on the bar. Perhaps not a problem with the metal weights but the plastic-coated weight are thicker and take up more space. Otherwise, good value for the money.
